Staff is very friendly.
The rooms are small. They charged me to upgrade the room. Later they told me it’s the same size rooms. But the club room has evenings drinks included. But since we booked with booking.com we were not eligible.
Food, ambience, reception, breakfast, dinner, and service, were all great
House keeping was busy most of the time and were difficult to connect to.
Understanding the need in hospitality is must which many fail. However Hyatt has always stood out in offering the same. Keep up the good work team.
Lovely stay at Hyatt Pune as always, special thanks to Chef Vikas, Shiriram at evening dinner and Pradhnya at breakfast - they gave such a personalised and attentive service. Looking forward to visiting again soon

It was an absolutely disgusting experience dealing with their staff at midnight during check-in which took 2 hours as they provided us with a mattress on the floor.
We paid Rs. 11,703 for 1 night stay with 2 kids & confirmed the booking for an extra cot on arrival.
Duty manager Ms. Aarti Kumari was super arrogant & unprofessional who asked us to make do with a mattress on the floor.
We were willing to pay for an additional room but she refused that.
General Mr. Glen D'souza was unavailable the entire weekend till Monday when asked to speak to him.
I don't understand how Hyatt as a brand doesn't train to their employees or have a contingency in place of the hotel is fully booked.
For the price, I should be offered a extra cot to sleep on rather than the floor.
Duty manager Ms. Aarti Kumari told us that 'you are wasting your time' when asked for a cot.
Absolutely disgusting way to deal with your guests at a five star hotel.
Kindly avoid staying at this place for your own sanity!

Great staff - polite, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Food - they had a lovely spread! The rooms were comfy. While there weren't a lot of options to keep the kids busy, I wouldn't complain for the great value-for-money offered. Would love to be back!
