The comfort and the cleanliness by the staff. There was someone called Ram who left a little note for me after cleaning up and having missed me as I had left early for work. A fantastic gesture. Also at breakfast there was Prasenjit, Arun, Soumen who were very caring and giving great suggestions. Loved the fresh orange juice that was served on request. The whole fruits served were really convenient to take along for a working lunch.
Probably if you can keep a better body lotion in the bathroom, would help.
Excellent hotel. Neat and clean. Superb breakfast and service. Nice view from the room. Housekeeping perfect . Special mention for Nirumaya from housekeeping.
My third visit , always a pleasure to stay here.
I had a great stay at Hyatt pune. I stayed with my infant daughter and my elderly inlaws. Chef savan and manish made sure all our dietary requirements were taken care of. All the staff were very resourceful and effecient. Looking forward to staying at this amazing hotel everytime I visit pune

Really had a great experience to stay in Hyatt. All the staffs are very professional and courteous. The housekeeping staff Pooja, Shobha and all the other members are very polite and cooperative.

Service. Absolutely not matching to Hyatt standards.
Some Staff is not very polite. Breakfast experience was extremely poor as Juice station were out of glasses both days , cereal station did not even had bowls and both days I has to wait to get bowl and glasses. There was no manager on the floor on breakfast hours looking into such things for both days ( we were there from 9.30 till 10.30-11).
My wife sustained burn injury due to serving on excessively hot plate without warnings by the servant who handed over the hot plate into her hand when serving her order.
The manager was still absent on the floor and when I called for some junior manager came who couldn’t even communicate properly. We demanded to speak to GM after which Duty manager Ninad approached us. We demanded the incident of guest injury to be logged and provided us a written copy which was refused by duty manager Ninad saying he will need to speak to legal which is stupid and again shows how illtrained the staff is as there is nothing legal to be involved but all we wanted is our injury is recorded , staff is reprimanded and as the safety lapsed is address. Even kids day care have incident report forms. It was surprising that Hyatt didn’t have nor they cared to record on a paper and provide us a copy.
We loved Hyatt brand for years but Pune Hyatt was worst experience on every ground. Very poor staff and we will not consider it again and also be informing our social circle to stay away.

Room was cleaned and kept to a very good standard by Pooja, who was very helpful and polite.
The location is amazing, the atmosphere beyond, the rooms so beautiful, the room is perfect and cleanliness, as Pooja is a wonderful human, for this warmness we always come back to Hyatt Pune🤍 The service is like being at home.
