Cons:

방에서 담배냄새와 곰팡이 냄새가 심하게 나고 청소상태도 청결하지 못하고 개미가 바닥에 기어다니고 침구는 꿉꿉하고 냄새나서 아이가 침대에 누워있다가 몸을 자꾸 간지럽다하여 저녁에 체크아웃 했어요 5성급이 맞나싶을정도로 최악입니다

Pros:

I had called multiple time for cancellation of my booking as I was unable to reach the hotel due to Mumbai Pune expressway closure. No body answered my call. In the end I have been charged the full amount from my credit card. I have placed a refund request with booking.com and I am still awaiting further action.

Cons:

Little bit privacy was compromised in room as people residing in front column can see us very easily. So, we were not stay in room very freely.

Ambience, Staff behaviour, cleanliness, Breakfast spread and service

Cons:

The only thing I was surprised about there was no option of dining at round the hours. I missed my lunch and when I returned at 4pm I was looking for some snacks but there was no option except a small coffee shop on the ground floor.
