Great hotel, good bar and a fab wine shop in walking distance.
Pros:

This is my go to in Pune for so many reasons. Any hotel that allows a guest to heat a packed lunch (with disclaimer) gets my vote. Plus the sauna, spa, pool, roof garden is superb.

Cons:

Uber users get confused by the two Hyatts being so close together but separated each side of a massive 3-lane highway. Get that wrong and add another 30-mins to your arrival time.

Not as per hyatt standard, very disappointed . Will never book the same property again.

THe room, the bed the spring in the bed was continuously making noise,the AC was very loud. the continuously running water from the commod , the phone to call reception was not working, had told the room service guy to ask reception to call us, we never got any call. The shower was very slow(pressure) . Smoke smell in the lobby while walking down the room . Very unhygienic/ unhealthy for a toddler or for a non smoker to breathe in that.
