Extremely disappointing!!

Cons:

My booking was for a king size bed, the bed was not king size. The pool was not operational. We ordered via room service, and it never came. Breakfast was a total disaster, no order, long queues, foods ran out, not as per the menu. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Towels were taken and not replaced. For such a huge popular hotel, facilities are very outdated.

I do cherish my sleep, the sleeping arrangement was a disappointment.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. However, one had to wait for too long if one orders an omelet as only one person was manning that station.

Cons:

I did not like the bed. Whilst I had requested a standard bed, I was allocated a room with two single beds which they then joined together but had no sheets to cover the two beds. They however provided a duvet of the right size. In the end, I had six nights of uncomfortable sleep.
