Very nice place
Pros:

A very nice room. Clean and quiet. The room has a private bathroom, a kettle, a fridge, a TV, and air conditioning. The hosts are very kind and helpful in every way. There is also a restaurant Barbablu in the neighbourhood with a great atmosphere, serving the best Italian pasta and pizza in the area. Highly recommended.

Worth staying there as a good location and owner was really nice as well
Pros:

Nice location, not too far walk from the main station in Rome, also close to bus routes. Also had an old style elevator so convenient to go up and down or can take stairs. Good thing was our flight was in evening so the person let us check out till late which was really nice of them

Not any issues, only thing is some times the water was cold some hours
