Pros:

Chambres simple efficace pas trop cher eau chaude

Cons:

Tout ce fait en ligne au moindre problème c'est une épreuve pour avoir quelqu'un et le numéro de téléphone attribué n'est quand anglais et ne sert strictement à rien a part dire que tout ce fait en ligne

Сделайте актуальную телефонную линию для решения вопросов если человек попал в отель и на выходных.
Pros:

Более - менее чисто.

Cons:

Очень долго дают ответы на почту каким образом найти комнату и получить ключ от дверей.
Горячая линия отеля - не отвечает. Сидели в фойе 3,5 часа пока получили ключ .
Нет даже небольшого столика для приема пищи, только малюсенькие полки на которых стоят комнатные лампы (их в номере аж 4 штуки 🤦🏻‍♀️).
Входные двери в номер - скрипят и не только в нашем номере.

Cheap accommodation option in Brussels
Pros:

I liked the idea of the automated check ins and all the correspondence.

Cons:

From the female point of view. I didn't like the area after dark, so if you think about arrival in late evening or morning hours is better to take a taxi from the train station. The place itself has a security guard at the premises.

Good location and room for what you pay
Pros:

Good price for location - close to transportation.
Room was fine. Area was a bit trashy but within walking distance from middle.

Cons:

Only complaint was that we didn’t revive the parking code we paid for… and we met other residents that didn’t revive their access codes in time. Would also be nice when you called service that someone picked up 😓

Не рекомедую! Найгірший готель у м. Брюссель! Ми замовили цей готель на 1 ніч, після того як прийшли на заселення ( після 15.00) виявилось, що цифровий ключ не працює і ми не можемо відкрити двері. Після багатьох невдалих спроб зв'язатися із помешканням( дзвінки, повідомлення) та витративши на це свій час, ми пішли з нього. Адміністрація готелю відповіла лише тоді, коли я зв'язалась із службою підтримки Booking. В готелі сказали, що ми повинні були зареєструватися до 12 години онлайн, щоб прийшов цифровий ключ і що нас повідомили у повідомленні. А якщо б я замовила готель після 15.00, тоді як би я потрапила до номеру? А якщо у людини немає часу реєструватись онлайн? Це означає, що вона не зможе зайти до власного оплаченого номера.Повна безвідповідальність!!! Гроші на вітер, бо мені відмовили повертати їх, а я туди навіть не увійшла. Настрій зіпсований!Найгірший готель! До речі, разом зі мною на заселення прийшли люди, які теж не потрапили до свого помешкання. Висновки робіть самі.
