The room was basic but very clean and although there was a language barrier we got by very well using Google translation.
More than one hanger in the wardrobe would of been nice, and two pillows on the beds would have been nice.
Convenient location for what I needed, breakfast was not included but had open choice of what was on offer - its a truck stop when all said and done.
Could do with better quality towels as the ones provided were in tatters.
Decor could do with a bit of a spruce up, looks very tired.
It was a good location for what we required, easy access off the autovia and acceptable free car parking available, nice views of the Sierra Arana mountain range. Found some of the staff a little indifferent and it was lucky I speak Spanish because there were no English speaking staff on hand.
Rooms are very dated, in need of refurbishment, facilities in the room very basic and not all functioning properly. I would only rate this 'hotel' as 2 star or less because it is more of a truck stop/motel.

We did not have any outstanding problems. The rooms and facilities were clean enough.
Very poor facilities. The beds are a bit old and pillows uncomfortable. One of the rooms smelled a bit like damp. Possible bed-bugs. The food at the café was very poor for the price.

This was a stopover on the way south. The hotel is on a motorway intersection so it's very easy to find. Check-in was straightforward and you're given vouchers for a simple breakfast.
The room was basic and clean. We had an issue with the plumbing in our bathroom at the staff moved us immediately.
The breakfast was in the main cafe/diner downstairs. It was full of locals on the move - it was brilliant. There are amazing views of the Sierra mountains opposite (admittedly with a busy motorway between you and them).
The staff were efficient and helpful.
It's difficult, as we knew what we were getting. A cheap and efficient stop over. The motorway traffic was there in the background but it didn't prevent a good night of sleep.
