Hotel Excelsior

A mixed experience. Our room was flooded and we had to stay the night in a room with a drip because we couldn’t get through on the publicly available number as it was late at night. Yes, we received a free breakfast and were told we would receive a reimbursement for the nights stay but this never came through and when I contacted the hotel, a Manager named Benny said a reimbursement would not be happening as we had received a free breakfast to compensate. It’s a shame because the staff there were lovely and apologetic but was disappointed they didn’t keep their word about the reimbursement of my night’s stay.

Nog beter dan wat de beschrijving op hotels.com liet verwachten. De kamers aan de straatkant hebben zijdelings zeezicht, maar ook zon in de ochtend en dan kan het warm worden in de zomermaanden. Geen ventilator of airco, maar dat verwacht ik niet voor die prijscategorie. Mooi streekgebonden ontbijtbuffet. Middelkerke is een rustig stadje aan zee met goede verbindingen.

Zeer net en proper. Vriendelijk personeel. Weinig licht in de kamer. Klein tv scherm. Geen koffie/thee op kamer.

Toller Kurzurlaub am Strand mit Meerblick

The hotel was good and the rooms were clean if a little cramped. Main concern was the marketing of the hotel as including free parking. This is not the case and should be removed from the Hotels.com listing for this hotel. Some inconvenience for us as we had to find public parking within the town.

Booked the property as it advertised free parking however no parking and we have to find space on street and pay for parking .shower drain wasn’t draining properly so back up when we had shower and flooding the bathroom to room , I mentioned to them on check out but surprisedly looks like they knew the issue . Safe in room wasn’t working and although staff use the master code , it won’t open.I would’ve book my first chose for booking if I knew the parking and drain and safe .staff are friendly Thu

Prijs kwaliteit is dit een zeer goed hotel.
Het buffet was zeer uitgebreid vers en lekker.
En mooie ruimte voor ontbijt met hondje.
Je hoort erbij en zit eens niet andere kant of bar.
Personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Standaardkamer is klein maar modern en net.
Alsook de badkamer.

Arrivo fuor orario tutto molto bene organizzato,un po più di manutenzione sarebbe opportuna

Vriendelijk en correct personeel. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie en verzorgde kamer.

L'hebergement est accueillant et sur la digue. Ils accueillent egalement les chiens de tous type, ce qui est vraiment un plus ! Je recommande 👍

Hôtel super propre! Réception très aimable! bien situé près de la digue avec parking.
