Pros:

L'emplacement près du metro.
Le lit confortable ainsi que les coussins et les linges bain.
Le coffre fort dans la chambre.
Le sèche cheveux, la grande douche et les produits de toilette.
Le personnel, notamment pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue juste en dessous (chambre au premier étage).
Le bruit du couloir (chambre à côté de l'ascenseur).
Le petit déjeuner en sous-sol.
Le porte linge/chauffage de la salle de bain inutilisable, car débranché avec fils électriques apparents.
La climatisation qui demande à nettoyer les filtres.
Aucun passage de serpillière ni d'aspirateur durant le séjour.
