Loutsiana Hotel Apts

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days for a last-minute getaway . We had a deluxe double that wasn't very big. The pictures made the rooms look larger on the website when I booked. It was very clean though, and the bathroom was nice with the LED and the demister on the mirror a nice touch. The balcony was not private as there was no screen or wall between each balcony, so we didn't sit out often. I would worry in peak times, as anyone could climb over the barrier.
The pool was nice and quiet and kept very clean. The life guard was there all day. We mainly walked to the lovely beach a short walk away as we preferred to swim in the sea. The sea was lovely and clear, and the sand golden. It did get busy later in the afternoon, even at the end of October.
We ate twice at the hotel and portions very generous and not bad prices.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but my daughter liked the hash browns. I am veggie so there wasn't a lot of choice for me but we managed.

The marina a short walk away is lovely and really worth going. We ate out there twice and had amazing food.

There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, which takes you into Ayia Napa central, and there are a few nice restaurants. We only went one evening to have a look but were disappointed at the shops as all the same.

Overall, a nice break and the good weather and beach made it for us.

Picked this place as a late deal at a great price for Cyprus and could not fault anything... The rooms had just recently been renovated and were excellent, we had a first floor with pool and sea view and it was ideal, decent size, good beds and nice bathroom... Breakfast was excellent, staff were pleasant and the grounds were perfect. a few minutes walk to the beach or a 10 minute bus to Nissi and Ayia Napa... Fantastic holiday, would recommend.

This hotel went above and beyond from room assistants, receptionists and the food and beverage servers. It was friendly, clean and made very welcoming. Food was gd. Can only comment on breakfast but was brilliant anyway.

Wow what a gem this hotel is! We stayed as was attending our friends wedding at a nearby hotel. Normally we wouldnt stay out of town but it was in a nice peaceful area , only 12-17 euro for a taxi if you wanted to go into the centre. When we arrived it was around 11pm just as the bar was shutting however the lovely guy behind the bar let us order a pizza and got us a drink as we had been travelling. The rooms as so big and spacious with plenty mirrors! The cleaners work so hard and came in every day. Breakfast was great with a good selection which I was surpised with as the place is only small. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Were still here its our last holiday of year and will be our last holiday with jet two after the awfull response to holiday in july which was bad but that aside this place is beautiful lovely spotless rooms great breakfest, fresh towels and cleaned every day its a really lovely place.

Accommodation is nice, location is nice, but very disappointed with pool area as very loud 'Ibiza' style music played constantly by hotel. Dreadful noise

This is probably the nearset hotel to the Waterworld waterprk. This is not essential, however, since there's a frequesnt bus service from the center of Ayia Napa and more. The bus station is right outside the hotel.
It is quite remote from the center so it feels peaceful and not too noisy. Our rooms (704 and 717) were large with a small kitchenette. The sofa bed for a 3rd person seems not very comfortable. Sleeping quality was not the best anyway - maybe because of the thin matress they put above the main ones, or because of the pillows.
There's a small fridge in the room and a safe that can be operated for a fee.
The place is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast is English style with eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, fresh vegetables, cereals, various types of bread and cheese and more.
The restaurant has a good variety and is not too expensive compared to the town.

Breakfast is basic but good. Rooms are clean and modern. Good wifi and nice pool area

The location is not the best in Ayia Napa but the rest is incredible for its price.
The room condition - like was renovated yesterday and very clean!

Toptastic room, breakie and they dont kick you out until Midday 😎

I didn’t like the idea of paying for pool towels

Well just got back from a very hot Cyprus. We stayed here again as this was our 4th time. The rooms are nice and clean with air con which is great. They are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The pool is a nice size and never have had a problem with over crowding or fighting for a sunbed. With a bus stop right outside you can go all over.Waterpark 5 min walk. The Staff are friendly. Entertainment is ok although not on every night. Breakfast had a good choice. We have booked up again for August 2026.

It was a pleasant family stay in Loutsiana .
We enjoyed the clean pool, not overcrowded and comfy sun beds.
Also the breakfast was tasty with many options.
The are also options for lunch and dinner in the local restaurant.
Its not in city center, but 10 minutes walk to Markonissos beach, couple of minutes walk to supermarket , and a bus stop which will take you to aye napa city center, or to larnaca .

Just home from a wonderful holiday at Loutsiana Apartments, booked through Tui. Where do I start? Stayed here 21 years ago, enjoyed then and wasn't disappointed this time either. Staff are fantastic, each and every one of them, from Reception, Bar, Restaurant, Cleaners, Pool Attendants, nothing was toomuch trouble. Pool bar and food excellent, rooms spotless and cleaned every day with towel change every day. Bedding changed every couple of days. Air Conditioning standard. Pool fantastic, clean and well managed. Plenty of space and loungers around the pool. Hotel located in a quiet area on the edge of Ayia Napa within a few minutes walk of the new Marina and minutes away from a variety of fabulous beaches, again with wonderful facilities. Some really good bars, cafés and restaurants a few minutes walk also. Resort Centre 4-5km away, but bus stop directly outside Hotel with buses every 10 minutes during the high season. Will definitely be returning

We stayed here at the first week of July 2025 and it was genuinely one of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was clean, accomodating, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and it was an good experience overall. The night time receptionist Kyriakos was an absolute legend. He was very welcoming when we arrived (even came to our door to help us get in when we couldn't manage it), he helped us find the best local beaches, supermarkets and told us very useful information about the nearby towns and the taxi service. As well as this, the cleaning staff were amazing. They were friendly and efficient and out appartment was always spotless. It is a very family friendly location as it is close to water world and also has appropriate pool opening and closing times with a lifeguard on duty each day (9am-6pm however we did wish it was open for longer). The aircon in the rooms were amazing, the bathrooms were spotless with no issues at all and the wifi connection was great. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be in Ayia Napa but not surrounded by the bustle of the strip all the time. The transport into Ayia Napa square was amazing, there are taxis everywhere but we found the buses to be more cost effective as they were 2 euros during the day and 3 euros of a nighttime. Even the local supermarket had very friendly staff as well as having everything we needed from snacks and alcohol to ice cream and pool floats. The food was amazing - the breakfast is very varied and accomodating to all preferences, the menu throughout the day was extensive with big portion sizes and everything was hot and fresh. The bar staff and waiters were very kind and helpful, they would even say goodmorning when we came down for breakfast and goodnight when we came home late. We will definitely be returning next year. It is a very good hotel, and they are very kind. The hotel is very clean. It's near Water World and many beaches. Food is good, but it could be better. The weather is awesome in the day and night. We recommend the Lutsiana hotel and visiting Ayia Napa to everyone.

We have just got home from a 10 day holiday at The Loutsiana hotel. It was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The location is outside of Ayia Napa , but that suited us , because it was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa , and also close to the nicest beaches . The bus is a great way of getting into and out of Ayia Napa , it's about a 10-15 minute trip , depending on the time of day/ night . You can get a ticket for 7 days for €25 , and it's well worth it . You can use it as many times as you like . It's €2 a trip otherwise , which can quickly add up. The hotel staff are very friendly , helpful and welcoming . The breakfast is plentiful and we were never disappointed with the selection of food available at breakfast time. The pool is a good size and very nice to cool off from the hot Cyprus sunshine. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily , towels changed every 3 days and the bedding every 5 days . We enjoyed it so much we have already booked to go back next year.
