TODO Perfecto, una decoración exquisita, una ubicación maravillosa y sobre todo las personas, todas de una calidez y trato INCREÍBLE hacia los huéspedes. El desayuno es espectacular, se los recomiendo!

Cons:

Esto es muy personal, a la entrada el perrito Marcelle amarrado, eso me produjo un shock. En chile, eso está prohibido es maltrato. Duele el alma, aunque como decían este acostumbrado. Al irnos pasó un perro de un huésped en el hotel , ahí estaba suelto qué alegría , el pobre ladro y paf un caballero no se quien era , lo amarró de una con rabia . Como hace eso, zero sensibilidad. No entiendo tanto miedo a que moleste. Pobre. Eso fue muy incómodo y doloroso para mí, soy muy amante de los animales.

Cons:

40€ pour le tarif d une nuit pour ma chienne. Mais beaucoup d attention sont faite pour notre animal de compagnie qui se sent accueilli comme un membre aussi important qu un humain

Cons:

We were completely misled regarding the valet parking and garage access, which was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To make matters worse, despite arriving as paying guests, we were unable to access the hotel because this so-called “5-star” property does not even operate a 24-hour reception.

After driving for more than 12 hours, we were forced to continue our journey for another hour in the middle of the night to find alternative accommodation at a genuine 5-star hotel that was actually accessible 24/7. This was not a minor inconvenience it completely ruined our arrival and was an unacceptable experience.

What makes this even worse is that the hotel retained my payment, yet nobody contacted me the following morning to apologise, explain what had happened, or attempt to resolve the situation. The complete lack of communication, accountability and customer service is simply unacceptable and falls well below the standard anyone would expect from a property marketing itself as a 5-star hotel. I don’t need my money back I just want others to be aware.

Praktisch, fijne faciliteiten en leuk met wat oudere kinderen en hond.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, kleinschalig en toch alle faciliteiten die we zochten.

Cons:

De geurstokjes in de kamers en de entree waren voor ons iets teveel van het goede. Personeel heeft het verder netjes opgelost met de kamers.

Top sfeervol hotel met top service in sfeervol Chambery
