J avais besoin d'évasion avec ma chienne. Je me suis évadé. Challenge réussi.

Cons:

Cons:

We were completely misled regarding the valet parking and garage access, which was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To make matters worse, despite arriving as paying guests, we were unable to access the hotel because this so-called “5-star” property does not even operate a 24-hour reception.

After driving for more than 12 hours, we were forced to continue our journey for another hour in the middle of the night to find alternative accommodation at a genuine 5-star hotel that was actually accessible 24/7. This was not a minor inconvenience it completely ruined our arrival and was an unacceptable experience.

What makes this even worse is that the hotel retained my payment, yet nobody contacted me the following morning to apologise, explain what had happened, or attempt to resolve the situation. The complete lack of communication, accountability and customer service is simply unacceptable and falls well below the standard anyone would expect from a property marketing itself as a 5-star hotel. I don’t need my money back I just want others to be aware.

Praktisch, fijne faciliteiten en leuk met wat oudere kinderen en hond.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, kleinschalig en toch alle faciliteiten die we zochten.

Cons:

De geurstokjes in de kamers en de entree waren voor ons iets teveel van het goede. Personeel heeft het verder netjes opgelost met de kamers.

Top sfeervol hotel met top service in sfeervol Chambery
Pros:

Super mooi klein 5 sterren hotel in het hart van het sfeervolle Chambéry. Leuke bar/bistro en ook nog een super leuk en goed en sfeervol restaurant Folie. Super service en super ontbijt ! Een aanrader !

מלון מקסים במיקום נהדר, שירות מסביר פנים של הבעלים והצוות, שעושים הכל כדי לגרום לשהות במלון להיות מושלמת,
