Velice vstřícný a ochotný personál, který v případě potřeby urychleně řeší problémy.

Cons:

Zařízení je staré a omšelé, snídaně je na poukaz mimo hotel s velmi omezenou nabídkou.

Lokalita ubytování je vynikající.

Cons:

Vybavení je staré, pokoje by potřebovaly celkovou rekonstrukci. V patře, kde je ložnice by kromě koupelny měl být i WC.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, right outside the metro station and a short walk/ride from EU institutions.
The check-in/check-out process was very easy
The apartment was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

In mid-november the apartment was quite cold, especially in the livingroom/kitchen area (there was an electrical radiator provided but it was not very effective given the size of the apartment).

Pros:

Located in a nice area of brussels and close to the metro.

Cons:

We had two rooms, one was ok but the other one was old with a barely useable bathroom (bathtub with a plastic curtain and broken mixer tap). No electric socket in the bedroom and the whole appartement needed a substantial renovation (probably since the late 80s).

Agréable confortable bon emplacement. Nous reviendrons aux même endroit.

Cons:

Juste , notes explicatives pour la télévision ..serait un + et le chauffage différence de température entre le bas et le haut..( très chaud en haut)
Sinon tout était très bien.

Annehmbar, aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Größe der Unterkunft, Anbindung an ÖPNV, Saunerkeit

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kaputter Fahrstuhl.
Frühstückssituation katastrophal-das Café war total überfordert-ewig lange Wartezeiten und super unflexibel.
Außerdem hatten wir einen Voucher zu wenig und bekamen weder Ersatz noch Erstattung.

Sofa so old and lost all it's support so unusable - other lounge furniture stained and uncomfortable

On ground floor and constant noise from people trying to get to their room /access their keys/ always someone trying to get in from outside and following me in as didn't seem to understand the regime for entry...

lokalita

Cons:

starý pokoj. Toaleta dole bez umyvadla, nahoře koupelna bez toalety. Otřesný zápach při příchodu do pokoje. Při otevření lednice na mne vypadla dvířka od mrazáku, kde byl nacucaný páchnoucí ručník, zápach se podobal hodně staré rybě.
