Terrible and Dirty
Cons:

Absolutely shocking experience. I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed here as three families and were all extremely disappointed. The reality is completely different from what the pictures suggest. The rooms were dirty, smelled unpleasant, and when I entered my room, the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned. There were still visible stains from previous use, which is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel is also incredibly noisy and poorly soundproofed. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms. I could literally hear my neighbors urinating in their bathroom. I barely slept for three nights because of the constant noise and complete lack of privacy. The hotel offered to move me to another room, but that would have made absolutely no sense, as all three families in our group experienced the same issues with noise, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the rooms. Changing rooms would therefore not have solved the actual problem. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s response when I raised these concerns. Instead of taking the criticism seriously, the response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Every point was brushed aside, followed by the argument that they have “so many good Google reviews.” Considering that all three families in our group had such a negative experience, this honestly made us question those reviews even more. A professional hotel should take guest feedback seriously instead of dismissing it by pointing to positive online reviews. For us, the cleanliness, extreme noise level, lack of amenities, and handling of our complaint were completely unacceptable. Definitely not a place I would stay at again or recommend.

Very disappointed with this property. Front desk mislead us, facilites were dates, listing misrepsebted the triple room,

Property was in a good location.

Cons:

The listing was misleading. We booked a triple room, but the third bed was a rollaway cot. When online it’s advertised as a proper bed. The AC didn’t work in our room. A safety box was promised, but never provided. Then to top it all off, we had bites on our legs in the morning. When we woke up the first morning of our stay, we asked for a refund for the next two nights so we could go elsewhere. The front desk agent said it was be 100 euro fee, however, after we packed our bags he said we would forfeit the entire reservation amount.
