Pensavo meglio la spa anche se non è fondamentale è risultata un po' triste e molto piccola,una delle tre attrezzature presenti non funzionava

Hotel je velmi útulný, vynikající poloha hned u sjezdovky. Restaurace skvělá, kuchyně výborná a obsluha moc milá a ochotná. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

Colazione nella media. Da loro come da tante altre parti.

Cons:

Il prezzo finale non corrisponde a quello indicato da booking. Chiamo la struttura x avere conferma della disponibilità e chiedo il costo per il periodo scelto. Circa il 10% in più rispetto a quanto indicato da booking. Pertanto la ragazza mi consiglia di prenotare attraverso la piattaforma booking. Giusto......
Peccato che al momento del pagamento la struttura mi chiede di corrispondere il prezzo intero e non scontato del 10%
Chiedo spiegazioni che non vengono fornite indicando booking quale responsabile di eventuali errori.
Mi chiedo se le cose stiano così o meno.
