Tem uma boa localização, junto ao rio e muito perto do centro. Tem estacionamento fácil junto ao hotel. A limpeza é cuidadosa.

As instalações denotam algum envelhecimento, o pequeno almoço é pouco variado e alguns funcionários demonstram desinteresse na função.

This property is really rough and needs maintenance

Cons:

The property is not maintained. The outside is terrible. Paint chipping and no landscape maintenance it looks like a prison. Inside the wood paneling is peeling. Carpets stained. Skylights filthy. The rooms are scuffed, peeling and worn. My room. Quarter 27 had stained indoor outdoor carpet on the floors, the AC didn’t work properly and was terribly loud in a closet in the room. The bed was so lumpy and a hard bracket you could feel putting two twins together. The bedside lights didn’t work. All and all a very poor stay. The staff were ok but not very friendly. The breakfast was good. Better than. I would have expected.

La cercanía al centro y la facilidad de aparcar en los alrededores.

Cons:

Las fotos de la web son de hace tiempo. Detalles en la fachada o simplemente, los pulsadores del propio servicio, hacen ver que el paso del tiempo se nota. Nota a destacar, el ruido de la climatización continuo y que no se puede desconectar (es muy molesto si tienes el sueño ligero)

Cons:

Lo principal de un Hotel es poder descansar y ese hotel es un infierno. Es imposible descansar. No se a que ser inteligente se le ocurrio meter los aires acondicionados y motores en un armario de la habitacion y este encendido o apagado el aire hace un ruido enorme que hace imposible dormir. Jamas he visto algo asi y viajo mucho. Increible

Opção com boa localização e garagem para o veículo em Ponte de Lima
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, fácil de passear pela área histórica. Usamos como base para visitar Guimarães e Braga. O quarto muito amplo com boa limpeza e conforto. Possuiu também estacionamento para o veículo. Optamos pela hospedagem com café da manhã, que foi muito bem servido e gostoso. Croassaint muito saboroso, ovos, frutas e iogurtes.

Cons:

Arquitetura moderna do hotel contrasta com a cidade medieval. Não afeta a hospedagem em si, mas a tentativa de modernidade com o passar do tempo faz parecer brega e pode refletir inclusive em alguns detalhes do layout interno. Sistema de ar condicionado muito barulhento para os padrões de hoje. É uma boa opção de hospedagem em Ponte de Lima.
