Cons:

Bei der Dusche hat der Duschkopf leider nicht ganz gehalten,dadurch war das Bad etwas unter Wasser. Ansonsten war alles gut.

der freundliche Kontakt im Vorfeld über Booking.

Cons:

wenn man auf der Strasse steht und man weder telefonisch noch über die Homepage noch über WhatsApp einchecken kann (es hieß meine Buchung wurde nicht gefunden - dann kommen einem schon komische Gedanken) Nach etwas Suchen im Innenhof fand ich dann zum Glück einen Schalter zum Einchecken (Wie ein Parscheinautomat in größer). Und nun zum Zimmer, ich fand das kleinste Badezimmer vor, was ich je bewohnt habe (und ich habe Kreuzfahrterfahrung!) Das Einzelzimmer dürfte 1,80cm breit und ca. 3,5m lang gewesen sien. Im TV kamen 6 Programme, von denen keines einen Mehrwert bot (Teleshopping). Generell schmuddelig, in den Ecken der Dusch waren Schimmelspuren, das fand ich nicht ansprechend! Die Lage ist ok, dennoch würde ich nächstes Mal ein Hotel jenseits der Isar wählen.

Insgesamt gut.
Cons:

Als ich um 12.30 Uhr ankam, war die Rezeption geschlossen, obwohl sie nach Aushang offen sein sollte. Auch konnte ich unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer niemanden erreichen. Erst eine halbe Stunde später war die Rezeption wieder offen.

Pros:

Tolle Lage mit toller MVV Anbindung. Sehr sauberes und gutes Zimmer.
Sehr gutes Frühstück! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Und generell ruhig, da im HInterhof gelegen!

Cons:

Der Online-Check war um 14 Uhr noch nicht freigeschalten. Vor Ort kann man an einem "Automaten" einbuchen , was nach 2-3 Anläufen dann aber gut geklappt hat.

Der Aschenbecher für die Raucher, ist leider direkt vor dem Eingangsbereich und deswegen direkt unter unserem Zimmer gewesen, weswegen wir morgens die Fenster schließen mußten.

I had a very frustrating experience during check-in at this hotel.

There was an issue with the kiosk check-in system and we were unable to find our booking using my second name or my colleague’s name, even though he was listed as the second guest. It appears that the booking system mixed my first name with his second name, which made it difficult to locate the reservation.

We explained this situation to the receptionist and showed him our booking confirmation number and the correct names. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue by checking the reservation on his computer using the booking reference number, he simply told us that we might be in the wrong hotel and said he didn’t know how to help.

Since the kiosk was located outside the facility and the weather was cold and wet, we were left standing there trying multiple combinations of our names in the machine. Eventually, after several attempts and guessing different name combinations, the system finally recognized the booking and dispensed our room key.

The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and could have been easily resolved if the receptionist had taken a moment to check the booking in the system using the reference number we provided. This was a very poor first impression of the hotel’s service.

Rezeption nicht gefunden bei Ankunft: in anderem Gebäude, kein Hinweis darauf. Digitales Einchecken: bereits verfügbare Angaben nochmals verlangt, Land Schweiz nicht auf Liste. ersten Tag kein Personal gesichtet. In Duschwannenecken Ansatz von Schimmel. Etwas freudlose Zimmerdeko: Jazzphotos. Eher was für Junge, digitale Menschen ohne Sinn für Schönheit.
P.S.: Parkplätze im Hof arg eng.
