Pros:

Good location, u bahn directly outside the hotel, walking distance to Old City (20-25 mins). Internal yard keeps the flat quiet.

Cons:

The mattresses were too soft, pillows small and low, no additional provided. Winter blankets, no blanket and pillow for the kid provided. We had a digital key but on the second day it wouldn’t lock the door and the door stayed closed but unlocked. We wrote to the staff but got no reply whatsoever. We had to go out and take all valuable stuff with us. Very inconvenient.

Nach dem misslungenen Check in dann ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral, Bett super, alles sauber, leider kein Kaffee to go am nächsten Morgen möglich

Cons:

Check in am Automaten oder online ging nicht… Gut, dass bei der 2. Telefonnummer dann eine sehr nette Dame erreichbar war die uns den Code/Zugang öffnete, sonst hätten wir nicht ins Zimmer gekonnt…Vor Ort ist kein Personal!
