Na een verkwikkende nachtrust en fantastisch ontbijt kan je van hieruit de stad Gent verkennen!
Pros:

Het hotel is gelegen in een zeer rustige straat in het centrum van Gent. We hadden een mooie, ruime kamer op het gelijkvloers met uitstekende bedden en een heerlijke douche. Het ontbijt was fantastisch: zeer uitgebreid, zeer smaakvol en kraakvers. Een aanrader!

Würde ich Gent erneut besuchen, wäre das Hotel meine erste Wahl.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren super freundlich und haben sich viel Zeit genommen, um ein paar Insider-Tipps zu teilen. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super. In 5-10 Minuten hat man den - meiner Meinung nach - schönsten Platz der Innenstadt erreicht: die Sint-Michielsbrug. Somit ist die Innenstadt problemlos zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war etwas älter - aber dennoch sauber und gepflegt - und passte so nicht zu der restlichen Optik des Boutique Hotels.

Very welcoming staff, comfortable room, great location. Would stay again.
Pros:

The two members of staff we met at reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was very good - lots of choice, good quality and excellent scrambled eggs! The attention to detail in the room and breakfast room was appreciated.
The hotel backs onto the Irish pub, which we used. Again, very welcoming staff and a nice feel to the whole place.
I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The stairwell let the place down a little bit - just due to the quality and state of the carpet.
We booked quite late, and there was no parking available for us. Not a problem for us this time, as underground parking was available 5 minutes walk away.

Très bon séjour avec un accueil très sympathique.
Pros:

Excellent accueil. Bien situé pour visiter le centre de Gant. Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bains très fonctionnel et très propre.
Petit déjeuner très très copieux et varié bien que son prix soit élevé.

Cons:

On entend le parquet craqué au-dessus de nos têtes quand les gens du1er étage se déplacent.

Made us want to return to Ghent and spend more time there.
Pros:

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The room was delightful, stylish yet modern with just the right facilities. My only reservation was a lack of parking but the hotel was very helpful in pointing us to car parks in the vicinity. .

Pros:

Location. Lovely helpful staff who offered loads of information about the location. Storage for bikes.

All okay - we only booked a small room choosing the hotel for its location- room met expectation although amazing staff exceeded it.

Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding.
Cons:

Stond niet duidelijk op Booking dat je moest bijboeken voor de parking. Nu moesten we ons parkeren op een betalende parkeerzone in Gent, dat maakte de reis niet goedkoper.
Ook de badkamer was niet top. Het was niet super hygiënisch en de douchekop lekte.
Het bed zakte meteen in, de ene persoon lag lager dan de andere. TV werkte niet.

Goed voor 1 nacht, best op voorhand kamer controleren zodat je dingen kan aangeven bij de receptie.

Vuilbakje van de badkamer was niet leeggemaakt, water in de koffiemachine zorgde voor aanslag in het waterreservoir
