Pros:

Kamer , maar lijkt ons te warm indien het buiten erg warm is er moet. Clima inkomen. Raam kan niet open ivm straatkant. Fijne kamer groot prachtig begane grond.

Cons:

Er viel niet uit de stad te komen. 3/4 uur over gedaan.

Le personnel etait très sympathique, la chambre suffisamment grande , très propre, salle de bain très agréable, établissement avec une déco très sympathique

Cons:

2 étages à monter pour aller à notre chambre avec des escaliers pas vraiment pratiques .Il ne faut pas avoir de problèmes de mobilité

De ligging was perfect en de kamers zijn leuk ingedeeld

Cons:

Erg gehorig. Hoorde de deuren onder ons allemaal dichtgaan, ook in de vroege ochtend. Soms schrokken we even aangezien het net klonk alsof iemand onze kamer binnenliep, sinds het zo gehorig is.

Mycket bra läge, fina rum, bra frukost och fin personal.
Pros:

Spännande rum o inredning - bekväma sängar. Fin frukost och fantastisk hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Ända negativa är att det inte är någon AC på rummen, dock fläkt.

Lovely stay in a cute hotel
Pros:

Pretty hotel and comfortable room. The people at the front desk were very helpful in providing recommendations of where to go and storing my bags after check out. The location was very quiet and convenient to the main areas.

Cons:

Would be nice to provide water in the room free of charge for the hot days

Pros:

Un très bon petit-déjeuner

Cons:

L'absence d'un local sécurisé pour nos vélos qui ont dû rester dans la cour de l'hôtel et l'absence d'un accueil qui pratique le français.

Hotel a 2 passi dal centro, moderno nei servizi ma old fashion nello stile

Viaggiando da sola ho trovato molto comodo che l'hotel fosse vicinissimo al Centro, inoltre dall'Hotel si accede direttamente ad un locale molto frequentato nella città, il Patrick Foley's Irish Pub in cui mi sono fermata a cena senza andare in giro perchè ero stanca. Il personale gentilissimo mi ha aiutato con le informazioni per visitare la città. Ho anche apprezzato moltissimo le risposte veloci alle mie email e il fatto che qualche giorno prima mi abbiano mandato indicazioni precise su quali mezzi pubblici prendere dalla stazione per arrivare all'hotel.Super utile! Ha reso il mio viaggio in una città sconosciuta molto più semplice. Grazie!

Friendly staff, great location, WiFi could be better
Pros:

The facility was very clean. great friendly staff. Location was perfect for us. The onboarding instructions from the property were perfect for first time visitors to Ghent. The ac was great - we were there for 3 of the hottest days in Belgium this year - and without the AC it could’ve been a miserable stay. The location was 10 mins walk from the center of the city and very safe. The triple room even had a door separating the master bed from the other 2 beds.

Cons:

The WiFi signal was weak to non-existent in the room. The hotel is adjacent to one of the most popular Irish pubs in town and with the fifa World Cup matches going on, the noise from the crowded pub extended well into the night until 1am making it hard to wind down for the night.
