Friendly, welcoming staff. Cosy room, spacious bathroom.

The staff was incredibly helpful with anything I needed, the attached restaurant was excellent, it’s super close to some really amazing places, but tucked away enough to be quiet in the evening. Extremely comfortable beds and coffee in the room!

Beautiful hotel, 5 mins walk to the tourist sites, very quiet street. Jenny was very welcoming and provided us with great information on things to see and places to eat. Highly recommended!

Great ambiance

The hotel itself is in an ideal location to walk into Gent central. It is immaculate, the staff are very helpful and professional in manner.
The irish bar is a great bar to have as part of the hotel and the food was lovely.
Our only complaint was the noise from the irish bar, as a family, who were located in room 3. I would advise this be used as adult only.
I would recommend this hotel.

The property was very nice and unique! The staff went above and beyond. One example was carrying my luggage up the stairs (insisted) since it does not have an elevator. They also took time to write recomendations on a map for us during our stay. If I am lucky enough to visit Ghent again I will be certain to stay at this hotel again. The location was just perfect too. So close to the center and very walkable. It also had parking for those with a car.

Great location!!

Excellent stay! The hotel is centrally located, you can easily walk or take the tram to different points of interest, cute cafes and boutique shops. Very stylish decor and ambience. However, it was not as quiet as we wished, the other guests could be heard outside and above. Also, we recommend a wall AC unit or fan, it was a bit warm in our room. We were on the ground floor and did not want to open our windows wide because of mosquitoes and privacy. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jenny and Guinness for a welcoming visit. Overall, highly recommend!

Our room was superb - large, tasteful and well appointed!

Good neighborhood near canals, you can walk everywhere, my bed was comfy. Helpful front desk. I had a small amount of noise in the alleyway next to my room --but would happily stay again.

Fabulous place in a great location. The breakfast buffet is fantastic so I would add that to your booking for the extra cost! Absolutely worth it! I’d come back here 😊

Loved it. After a few rubbish hotels while traveling around this was a place we could finally relax and enjoy. Spacious, characterful and comfy. Lovely bathroom too.

Great place and convenient to everything

Staff is fantastic. They go out of their way to help you and offer suggestions that will meet your needs. Rooms were smaller but really nice. Would recommend the hotel.
