Pros:

Emplacement - Acceuil et gentillesse du personnel - petit déjeuner qualitatif et dans un cadre merveilleux - spa agréable

Cons:

Domotique inexistante ( pas de chrome c’est et autre )
Insonorisation limite ( en entend toutes les portes claquées )
Équipement fitness pour dire il y en a ! Emplacement d’une machine à proximité de la porte du dressing potentiellement dangereux ( barre métallique à hauteur de la tête )

Excellent location near town centre. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable, clean room. Clarins toiletries- great quality .

Cons:

Rather warm but we didn't check the Aircon so our fault!

Pros:

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Hôtel élégant, chambre spacieuse, très confortable, calme et d’une propreté irréprochable. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner absolument parfait : varié, frais, de grande qualité et servi avec beaucoup de soin. Le personnel est également très accueillant et professionnel.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie ruime kamer. Centrum Kortrijk dichtbij. Gratis parking. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. We komen nog eens terug!

Hôtel confortable
Pros:

Nous avons été bien accueilli. On nous a attribué un studio qui était très spacieux et bien climatisé. Le lit, de même que la baignoire étaient très confortable. Le check-out était agréable avec un monsieur qui s’est montré très gentil avec notre grand chien.

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner, une vieille dame qui sentait la cocotte a violemment repoussé la chaise de mon conjoint qui était reparti se servir, sans aucun égard pour moi. Elle est ensuite allée demander à chaque table si tout était bon mais elle a ignoré la nôtre. Son attitude hautaine était vraiment en contraste avec la sollicitude de ses jeunes collègues.

Pros:

We kregen een zeer grote kamer toegewezen, met salon en douche en bad !
Was een verrassing ! Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en personeel , het ontbijt was zeer zeker voldoende .
Koffie, thee, versnaperingen en water voorzien in de kamer . Douchegel, shampoo en conditioner, ook handdoeken voldoende aanwezig. Airco en voldoende verduistering . Genoeg stekkers , grote kleerkast . Alles werd dagelijks gecontroleerd , van aanvulling water tot propere handdoekjes en telkens een terug opgemaakt bedje om ‘s avonds in te duiken . Heel belangrijk: geen nachtlawaai , zeer rustige straat . We komen zeer zeker terug .
