Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, la chambre très agréable. Nous étions au calme. L'établissement est bien situé et ne pas s'inquiéter de savoir où on doit se garer est un soucis en moins avec le parking de l'hôtel. Le personnel a toujours été à notre écoute et c'est rendu disponible lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Gentillesse et amabilité peuvent qualifier les personnes travaillant dans cet établissement. Nous en garderons un bon souvenir.

Cons:

Nous avons mangé le soir de notre arrivée au restaurant de l'hôtel. Rien à dire sur la cuisine, vraiment délicieuse. Juste un petit bémol pour l'attente. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h pour manger et sommes sortis vers 22h30-23h...... Je pense que nous avions du être "oubliés". Mais nous avons quand même passé un très bon moment. Je pense que la fatigue du voyage est aussi une raison pour laquelle nous avons trouvé le temps du service un peu long.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location for visiting the main area in Kortrijk. Good parking, 14 spaces or so at the back and it seems there is an adjacent parking garage as well. The car park at the back fills up when the restaurant is open, but otherwise it seems adequate. There is a lovely, shaded courtyard used for dinner and breakfast. The restaurant provides high-end fine-dining.

Good for business travel
Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable.
This hotel helped me out many times during my business travels.
Great value, nice rooms, perfect location, free parking with electric car charging (the charging itself is not free), a good restaurant, and very friendly staff!

Cons:

In my room (no. 23) the TV channels were not working.
Football World Cup is ongoing. I have missed one very interesting game 😖

L’emplacement, la taille de la chambre, la literie, l’accueil, le charme de l’établissement, qualité du repas

Impossible de fermer la porte des toilettes qui reste grande ouverte sur la chambre, gênant… , l’eau s’évacuait très difficilement dans la douche, le mur au dessus du lit tout poussiéreux et avec plusieurs fils d’araignée, le support du papier toilette descellé.
Nous l’avons signalé le lendemain matin, une responsable est venue constater très rapidement et s’est excusée.
Mais pour un hôtel de ce standing, j’aurais aimé à minima un geste financier, même minime.
Même si le personnel était très aimable, nous avons eu l’impression d’être pris de haut, tout comme au restaurant où on nous a d’abord proposé de payer le lendemain puis dans la foulée demandé de régler aussitôt. Je précise par contre que le repas était excellent.
Couple de motards, nous n’avions sans doute pas l’aspect vestimentaire des clients habituels mais dans ce cas, cet hôtel ne devrait pas se mettre sur booking !
