L’accueil n’était pas exceptionnel, personnel en nombre limité et pas au top pour un 4 étoiles. Personnel avait l’air d être occupé à mille autres choses que l’accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner. On ne savait pas où nous pouvions nous asseoir e tt se servir . Revu aucune info quant au restaurant de l’hôtel.
Pas d’infos dans la chambre concernant les heures du petit déjeuner ni sur le restaurant.

Het ontbijt as prima heel.verzorgd , eitje gekookt of omelet a la minute gemaakt met de glimlach.
Vriendelijk ontvangst bij aankomst. Zeer mooie kamer.

Ontbijt was gevarieerd en kon worden genuttigd in aangename ruimtes. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie kan niet beter. De afstand tot het begijnhof, de markte en de Leieoever is zeer klein en perfect te voet te doen.

L'emplacement qui centre de Courtrai et un parking dans lequel on peut laisser sa voiture gratuitement. Le déjeuner était excellent. Chambre bien grande pour trois.
Décoration très simple mais suffisant
Het ontbijt was prima en de vraag 'wilt u misschien nog een eitje' was voldoende om de dag goed te beginnen. Tevens vonden wij de douche erg prettig, lekkere harde straal.

Uitstekend en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime keuze.
Het is een prachtig hotel met mooie binnentuin, heerlijk ontbijt, goede ligging tov het centrum. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk!
Het bed is aan de zachte kant en de kamer te warm, geen airco en omdat je aan de straatkant slaapt, is een raam open ‘s nachts ook niet zo’n goed idee.
Prachtig hotel pal in het centrum met privé parkeergelegenheid. Ontvangst met een lekker glaasje, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer tiptop in orde en rustig dus heerlijk geslapen. Lekker ontbijt. Een dikke pluim! Wij komen nog eens terug!
The location was great - easy to get to the market, restaurants and the canal. Short walk to the train station too. It was a very quiet location.
The bed was 2 twins pushed together made separately - the crack in the middle was annoying. The pillows were a bit stiff - not great for a super comfortable sleep. The greeting by hotel personnel was luke warm at best. We arrived early and while they kept our bags at the desk, they did not put them in the room for us when the room was ready - we did it ourselves. At check in, there was no explanation of the hotel or the surrounding area - we figured it out on our own.
