Pros:

L’accueil, le gérant nous a gentiment laisser occuper la chambre dès notre arrivée vers 12/13h et nous a bien informé sur la ville, les visites et sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Chambre propre, confortable et bon petit-déjeuner. Hôtel bien situé. Vélos gratuits en libre service

Cons:

Vélos trop grands pour nous :), ajouter netflix serait appreciable

Lovely boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle.Surrounded by canals and bridges.
Pros:

Nice big room overlooking the canals.Convenient, far enough from the hustle and bustle.Staff very friendly.Free pushbikes for use.Great cycle along the river to see all the windmills and begijn hof.

Cons:

We liked everything.We loved Brugge.Its gets really busy. If you want to drink a beer avoid the big squares.We paid €11 for a pint.Only the once though!

Le cachet de l’hôtel, le confort, le déjeuner et le personnel.
Bien situé. Tranquille. Propre. Décor raffiné. Tout était parfait.

Excellent location and staff!
Pros:

Staff and location were excellent! Just sad that we didn't use the bikes because of the rain

Cons:

The hose shower in the tub makes showering less comfortable, the toiletries were low quality, hairdryer could be updated as well

L' emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à la ville, tout se fait a pied ou à vélo. Endroit calme et très bon accueil du personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Le plus, l'hôtel prête des vélos.
Vue sur le canal. .
Possibilité d' avoir un parking fermé. Sur demande.

Cons:

Avoir une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire. Difficile de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain. Mais c était propre.

Un beau Bed & Breakfast

Globalement très bien

Cons:

Le parking proposé est à environ 500 m de l’hôtel dans une rue / trottoir en pavés. Pas évident avec des valises.
La chambre 2 est un peu bruyante (menuiseries côté extérieur et intérieur à mieux isoler phoniquement)

L'emplacement est très bien. La propreté aussi.

Cons:

Nous avons été accueilli a 11h par un jeune homme très imbu de sa personne,nous disant quil ne parle pas français. Pas très sympathique. Nous dit que la chambre sera prête a 15h. OK pas de soucis.
Nous revenons a 14h45. Il nous fait attendre 15 min a l’accueil en nous disant en anglais que ce n’est pas l’heure. A 15h, il nous donne la clé. De plus pour une chambre de bonne a 220€.
Litterie médiocre et chambre minuscule.

Pros:

Great location for a stay, hotel is well looked maintained and very friendly and informative staff.

Cons:

Location of the hotel was only 10min walk away from the central city, and it is a nice walk with the view of the canals building surrounded.
