Pros:

We were very happy with the hotel. It was very affordable and the location is excellent. It was perfect for travelling into the city, right next to the metro and in a lovely area in Earls court. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond from us and they even upgraded our room yo a quadruple room. They did explain that they are doing refurbishments but our room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The shower was good too. We will most definitely stay here again for our trip to London.

Cons:

It was perfect for us. We really our stay. Very convenient for a short break.

RATA HABITACIÓN
Pros:

¡La rata que había en mi habitación!
Son muchas las cosas a comentar, comienzo:
En primer lugar la habitación no correspondía con las fotos, ya que en la web aparecía suelo de madera y mi habitación era moqueta (sucia).
En segundo lugar las instalaciones eran muy viejas adornadas por encima y decoración para enmascarar un poco.
La ventana no cerraba, tuve que poner una toalla.
Había un bote de refresco debajo de la cama a saber desde cuándo.
La cama estaba hundida, aún así tengo que decir que dormimos bien.
Pero para culminar fue la ultima noche cuando a las 4:30 madrugada oigo un ruido, enciendo la luz y veo una bolsa que tenía en el suelo cerrada con unas galletas para el desayuno, mordida por una rata que estaba disfrutando mucho.
Viajo mucho y esto es la primera vez que me pasa, viajaba con mi hija pequeña y menos mal que ella no despertó.
En definitiva lo comunique al hotel, me pidieron disculpas y que verían una recompensa por su parte, la cual fue el silencio.
Es por ello que lo comparto ya que creo que este sitio no está en condiciones de albergar a gente, si podéis elegir otro establecimiento.

Good value for one night for work, close to transport
Pros:

Close to tube, shops and restaurants
Shower was great
Bed was comfortable
Tea and coffee in the room
Team in hotel and online chat/email very helpful and welcoming
Good price for 1 night stay for work

Cons:

Hallways and stairs are more tired than the rooms, but room was fine.
Stairs going up are tight if you have big or heavy luggage but they have listed no lift.
Bathroom had a smell but after running the shower this dissipated.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and the owner. Very clean room. Perfect location, very close (2 min) to Earls Court Tube Station, plenty shops and restaurants nearby, perfect for short stay.

La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy expedita

Cons:

Nos tocó un basement. Al bajar a la habitación se observa un montón de material de la remodelación del lugar en un sector. Se sugiere que lo retiren.
Al ser un basement, se siente olor a humedad.
Pedimos algunas cosas y si bien nos respondieron muy rápido, estas no llegaron.

Das einzig Gute war die Lage. 5 min bis zur U-Bahn

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit-gabs nicht, die durchgelegenen Matratzen, die kaputten Möbel, das Bad- eine Zumutung, der nicht funktionierende TV, die Gestaltung des Zimmers, das Fenster konnte man nur mit größter Anstrengung öffnen und auch nur wenn man sich auf den einzigen Stuhl in diesem 3 bettzimmer stellte um ran zu kommen… leider ist es nicht möglich alle Fotos anzuhängen welche gemacht wurden.
Ich möchte noch anmerken das ich ein Dreibett Deluxe Zimmer gebucht habe! Dargestellte Fotos und die Realität sind ein unterschied wie Tag und Nacht! Ich erwarte eine Erstattung meiner getätigten Zahlung!

Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos, sempre disponíveis e bastante preocupados se estamos a ter uma boa estadia. O quarto tinha excelente aquecimento, água muito quente e com bastante pressão.

Cons:

Não sabíamos que não iria existir serviço de limpeza dos quartos durante a estadia contudo não considero um ponto fraco

Pros:

Tuve dudas al principio por la gran cantidad de comentarios malos que había, pero los más recientes son muy buenos y finalmente tenían toda la razón.
La ubicación es excepcional, a un minuto de la estación de Earls Court, que conecta con el centro en 15 minutos.
El hotel está super bien, limpio y recientemente reformado, aunque aún podrían mejorar alguna cosilla como las escaleras principales.
A nosotros nos tocó la habitación 12 en la segunda planta y todo genial, muy limpia, cómoda, bien equipada y el baño genial.
Estuvimos 4 noches y relación calidad-precio inmejorable, 10/10.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, no me gustó que hubiese moqueta por todas partes y las escaleras principales crujen mucho.
También por las noches las paredes parecen de papel y escuchas a los de al lado.
