Clean and quiet
Additional charges of $301.54 on my credit card that weren't on my final folio. I checked with the front desk clerk and she could not find that charge in the system. I am disputing with credit card company. Why do I have to audit your system?>
Clean, comfortable, the pool is great for the kids! The breakfast is so good and all the staff are welcoming!

The location was easy to find and the room was pleasant. However, we were unaware prior to booking that we would have to pay to park at the hotel and there was no guidebook in the room detailing where the emergency exit stairs were, the guide for the television, notices of events taking place in the area or any surrounding restaurants.
Breakfast was ok - my husband ate a couple of things, but we ended up going out to have a better breakfast prior to going to the event we needed to be at. More information should be provided in the rooms for emergency purposes, and a listing of events would be helpful for those who have time and would like to plan something additional.
The stay was amazing and so was the staff. My family loved the pool and breakfast we will definitely be back. Thank you
That we could not stay longer
The bed is very comfortable, and the room and bathroom are very clean. Great breakfast. Everywhere we go we always stay at a Hampton because we like to stay at a comfortable and clean place and Hampton is the place for us. Always a 10.

Room and room door was heavily vandalized. Considering we stayed 5 nights , we should have been given a nicer looking room, unless a lot of the rooms have vandalized furniture.
