Okay
Pros:

The location is great! The staff is really good. The restaurant was great with delicious food and reasonable prices. The hotel garden is just beautiful, and the parking is very convinient.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard. There is no blackout curtains in the room, and a light just outside of the room that was on all night long. I really enjoyed the hotel facilities and surroundings, but I could barely get some sleep and it really affected my stay.

Cons:

Compitiendo en precio con un porta hotel antigua y un camino real, realmente está fuera de órbita. Las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin cielo falso que minimice el ruido de la habitación de arriba.

Pros:

Gorgeous grounds, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant with volcano views. Right on the route of the Santa Ana Procesion, in case you’re there during Lent.

Cons:

Beds were a bit too firm and the location isn’t ideal for exploring Antigua.

A very nice hotel and a great value for the price !
Pros:

The views of the volcanoes and the courtyard area were awesome . The staff was very friendly and helpful . This is the second time we’ve stayed there .

Cons:

The only complaint was the room next to ours there was a young family with kids that were pretty noisy .
