Good location, Erick of guest experience Manager was so helpful and nice. Room was nice and clean.
We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The front desk team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage before check-in so we could start exploring right away. I also really appreciated the amenities in the lounge, the fresh filtered water station and the coffee machine were such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

The Jewel is small so you get to know the staff and they did not disappoint! Everyone was engaging and eager to help. We especially enjoyed getting to know Jessie! Our daughter has the same name and after a spell off we found out they are also spelled the same. By the end of our stay he felt like family. Highly recommend!

Reservamos um quarto para 3 adultos com uma cama de casal grande (queen size) + 1 adicional (sofá cama ou cama adicional). Chegamos na acomodação não tinha nem a cama adicional, nem a o sofá cama. Solicitamos e até então tudo bem.. esperamos cerca de 30 minutos até a instação.. mas já estava óbvio para nós que não tinha espaço para instalar. No momento da instalação até o responsável brincou que não sabia como faria isso mas fez do mesmo jeito.. pedi pra tirar as cadeiras e ele disse que não tinha como porque fazia parte da configuração do quarto.. ficou impossível de abrir malas e andar no quarto. Só nos trocaram de quarto no outro dia depois de muita reclamação. A cama ficou atravessada pelo quarto e eles meio que disseram que pra transitar no quarto só era eu desarmar a cama.
Had a great time at the jewel. Situated across the road from the Rockerfella centre it's a great central location in Manhattan to explore from. Clean and staff very friendly and also nice and quiet at night, great place to stay.

To start, the Jewel is located in an amazing part of the city. It is a few minutes walk away from Rockefeller and any needs in the city. I booked this hotel off of recommendations from a few friends. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. They were able to hold our stuff since we arrived around 0600 and check in was at 1500. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and considerate. The room was clean, stocked, and the noise level was more than acceptable being right in the heart of Manhattan. Also, the value we got from booking here was amazing! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to NYC. I couldn't recommend anywhere else after being spoiled here.
I had a wonderful stay at The Jewel. I was very well received, and John took care of everything with great attention. He guided me through everything I needed and did an excellent job.
The location is outstanding — right in front of Rockefeller Center and close to many major attractions, all within walking distance. The room was a good size, very clean, and had comfortable bedding. The bathroom was nice as well, though the shower box was a bit small and the water pressure could have been stronger.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.
The hotel was very clean! The staff was great!! 10 out of 10!! Would stay here again!
