Pros:

The staff is everything, so friendly and they help us alot 💙💙💙, and the location is amazing i really recommend this place

Good things in small packages.
Pros:

From the start on the coldest day of the year, the staff were welcoming, professional and courteous.

7th to 12th Feb 2026

The hotel is superbly positioned in midtown, walking distance to all the main highlights.

Room was compact, but well equipped and nice and clean... the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We will use this hotel again.

Pros:

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, room was quiet, immaculate, bed was comfortable and bathroom shower was great - good for tall people. Room was also a nice size for NYC.

Great hotel in Midtown
Pros:

The room was on the 12th floor- lovely and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was that the maid service did not replenish the coffee or cups on 2 of our 3 days, so we had to call the desk. They handled the issue very quickly.

Everything you would need in a perfect location
Pros:

Great little hotel for a great price in a perfect location.
Pros:

Great little hotel with great rooms, staff and amenities. Wonderful location to see all the NYC highlights.

Cons:

For the most part it was very quiet. On our last night, a loud group arrived and partied in the hall outside our room for some time.

What a Jewel!!
Pros:

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Really great service, gave us great tips and helpful advice, too. We were able to store our bags after checkout so we could attend a show. The hotel is spotless, including the bathroom, and also very quiet (our room was on the 6th floor) There’s a living room on the 2nd floor with coffee and tea, but we didn’t use it. Nespresso machine in room. Great location for all things midtown, and right next door to the American Girl Doll store. I would suggest going to Rosie O’Gradys for a drink and to meet Rory and Kelly. We loved our stay!
