Nothing to complain about given we were downtown New York - so expensive and small everywhere!

It was adequate, but I would look for a better hotel.

It was overpriced for what you get. Cheap toiletries, fake cream for coffee, not very sound proof.

I loved my stay and location.
Pros:

I really liked the room. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would happily stay there again.

Cons:

Had trouble with TV but not a deal breaker.

Un hôtel très bien placé et confortable
Pros:

Tout était formidable pour notre usage: l'emplacement à côté du Rockefeller Center, la gentillesse du personnel de la réception, la taille et la propreté de la chambre, le confort des lits, la qualité de l'air conditionné, le petit frigo et les bouteilles d'eau filtrée, la pièce au 2ème étage qui permettait de prendre une boisson chaude et d'apporter ses aliments à manger, en particulier pour le petit déjeuner (attention, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé à l'hôtel, pas de couverts ni d'assiettes, seulement des cups pour le thé ou le café).

Cons:

Pas vraiment de vue depuis notre chambre (vue sur des bureaux et, en levant la tête, sur un coin de ciel pour vérifier le temps qu'il faisait), une salle de gym très minimaliste (une machine à câbles, des vélos et vélos elliptiques pour le cardio, un banc un peu bancale) et un peu surchauffée (la machine à laver et la sécheuse sont dans le même espace).
