Not upto mark
Check in painful and laborious at 2am...made worse when staff dont know what theyre doing and your international card doesn't work!
On checkout at 5am check out staff make life extra stressful with delaying processes and fail to tell you theres no Uber at 5am so youre left to find cash for the hotel taxi that is 9 yes NINE times the cost of an UBER XL to the airport and the driver gets didley squat of that money!

Our stay at JW Marriott was exceptional!
The property is really situated in good place. My only complain I pay good amount of money to stay in this hotel but just because I use third party services to book hotel I am not given any points which I feel is not fair
Sakshi Trivedi was very instrumental in ensuring the stay was comfortable. She has gone out of the way and provided excellent service and support during our stay!
Awful service, delays at front desk. The only positive was the great food served at the Italian restaurant. Both the service and food at the Italian were fantastic!
