Amazing location - old French charm building with modern, updated rooms.
Pros:

An amazing location - our bedroom window overlooked Le Cité making for amazing day and particularly nighttime views. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was updated with a new fixtures and amenities providing a perfect combination of older, French building charm and very comfortable, more modern bedroom.

Cons:

Only watch out are the narrow spiral staircases - very cool but tough to navigate if you have large suitcases (staff will help)

A very satisfactory stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

Hotel owners were very friendly, helpful, and were keen for guests to enjoy the best the region had to offer. Breakfasts, although continental style, were extensive with plenty of choice and provided a good start to the day. The location of the hotel was excellent, in a quiet street, close to the old city with many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very quiet and furnished to a good standard, some overlooking the pretty small garden.

Cons:

The charge made for booking a taxi was a little excessive!

hoel charmant avec un excellent accueil
Pros:

qualité de l' accueil . Un emplacement parfait à proximité des points touristiques . Un petit jardin cosy pour se reposer. Un garage avec borne de recharge;

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu petites mais c'est le prix d' un immeuble de charme.

A wonderful experience we will never forget!
Pros:

Hotel was fantastic! Location was perfect, with the Carcossonne Castle in full view outside our window. The castle was just 10 minutes walk to the main gate, and in the street was a collection of many varied choices of resteraunts and other shopping opportunities. A great breakfast is put on, with local produce to be enjoyed, and there is a huge selection of local foods and wines avaliable for sale as well and the suggestions from the staff are spot on - found the best Cassoulet (local dish which is to die for!) at a local resteraunt. Hope to be back soon.

Cons:

Not a lot to dislike; at a push, if you have mobiltiy issues, the old hotel building does not have a lift and our room with the fantastic view was on the 3rd floor that we had, was a bit of a climb (but worth it). Beautiful staff were happy to assist with baggage when we arrived.

The hotel is in a good location and it is making strides to update the facilities
Pros:

The owner is very nice gentleman and will politely answer any questions. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and there’s a small rain shower head. Also the curtains maybe odd looking but they block light well

Cons:

The bed was very hard and the room crowded. The door to room can just open because the bed is right there.

위치가 대단히 좋은, 가성비 호텔입니다.
Pros:

성채와 구시가 사이 골목길에 위치한 호텔로서, 어디로 가던 도보 이동 가능하며 편리합니다. 특히 지하에 주차를 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. (주차를 하려면 미리 전화로 방법을 안내 받아야 합니다) 저희가 제공받은 룸은 2층 성이 보이는 전망 좋은 룸이었으며, 대단히 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 호텔 도보 1분 거리의 Tapas를 파는 스페인 음식점을 추천합니다.

Cons:

엘리베이터가 없는 점은 고려하세요. 건물이 오래되다 보니 시설이 다소 낡았지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었습니다.

Great location and hosts
Pros:

Very good location close to the old city, shops and restaurants; from the hotel terrace you can see the fortress. The building has a small covered garage; there is no elevator but the receptionist helped us with our luggage upon arrival. Friendly and smiling staff. Very clean room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed; good wifi. In the room we had complimentary coffee, water, tea. Excellent coffee! Breakfast with many options; delicious homemade jam and cakes.
