Die Unterkunft wurde gerade neu renoviert. Eingangsbereich und Zimmer sind sehr schön geworden. Wir waren hier schon einmal vor 5 Jahren und es hat sich einiges verbessert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut gelegen direkt am Busbahnhof und nicht weit ins wunderschöne Zentrum.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch toll gewesen, vielleicht gibt es den ja noch.

La rénovation (et décoration) très réussie, l’extrême proximité du centre-ville, l’amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel, le parking privé de l’hôtel

Cons:

Hélas, la désorganisation totale au petit-déjeuner !
Les tables non débarrassées empêchant de trouver une place où s’installer, le buffet non réapprovisionné (j’ai eu le bacon mais pas les œufs, j’ai du attendre une nouvelle cuisson - 15minutes - pour avoir un croissant puis pareil ensuite pour un pain au chocolat, à croire que le four était trop petit pour pouvoir réchauffer le tout ensemble ! ). D’autant plus incompréhensible que le petit-déjeuner doit faire l’objet d’une réservation, ce qui devrait faciliter l’organisation.
Bref, un manque flagrant de personnel et de professionnalisme.
Expérience particulièrement stressante.
Vraiment dommage de saborder une impression qui était jusque là tellement positive.

The rooms, decoration, and lobby were all very nice. The hotel was also very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The location is great as well, within walking distance to the city center

I lavori in corso che non erano segnalati, sul nostro piano (il secondo) c’erano teloni proteggi pavimento da cantiere e odori di vernici o materiali edili, Po o piacevoli
