Pros:

Les deux dames à la réception étaient exceptionnelles. L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre très propre avec un lit king-size très confortable, le service de chambre impeccable et le mini-bar gratuit était un vrai plus. Franchement, la totale, un 10/10.

clean, roomy, good towels, good water pressure

Cons:

asked for a 30 minute extension for checkout so I could attend mass and was refused even though I asked 24 hours in advance, again 12 hours again 3 hours in advance. staff more interested in rules than customer service.

El desayuno muy bien

Cons:

La habitación chica la cama baja y no muy cómoda es un hotel 3 estrellas como mucho !! Pedimos un Early Checking, llegamos temprano dijeron que nos avisarían cuando la habitación estuviera lista cosa que no ocurrió

Great value and lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel was super clean, excellent air conditioning during the Paris heatwave , and the rooms were well designed, with plugs by the bed, good reading light , and a bathrobe- always a huge plus for me.
