Pros:

Perfecto para pasar la noche como fué nuestro caso. Limpio, cómo, amplio y silencioso. Detalles de café, té y hervidor de agua. Secador de pelo también.
Parking de sobra, aunque llegues tarde.

Cons:

Nada que objetar. Había una pequeña avería en el lavabo, lo comenté en recepción y tomaron nota para arreglarlo amablemente.

Under the pump in peak season
Pros:

Good sized room, comfy bed. Good breakfast.
Hotel was hosting a wedding (Saturday night in summer in Scotland....so not surprised). Loud music until midnight but we were accepting of that.
A large party of bus travellers in another wing. This meant that staff were under the pump.
No-one at Reception when I arrived. Eventually checked in, with sketchy details re parking and how to find the room.
No-one at Reception when I checked out.... I left the key on the desk and departed. Probably need more staff for the circumstances.... perhaps this is not obtainable at this peak time of year?

perfect location to break journey north. food really good and plenty of parking.

Over priced rooms
Pros:

The location was good to other areas in Scotland, however you will need a car to travel otherwise the location will be difficult .
The staff at the reception desk and the room cleaning team were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The cleanest about the rooms
Was not good and the furniture is outdated and damaged
The carpets are not clean and smelled .
The rooms we had were not the ones you see when you book them
As I’m not sure if those photos were taken when the hotel was first opened.

Lovely staff
Pros:

Excellent location & really friendly & helpful staff.

Cons:

Stayed 3 nights, dined at the restaurant 2 nights but on the 3rd night we were told we were 1 minute too late to order dinner at 8:42pm which was disappointing.
