Nothing
Room was clean overall and spacious. Good for one night and close to event we were attending.
Needs a little DIY, tiles broken in bathroom and skirting need repainted. Silicone around shower area has turned black.
Room was warm and clean and a good shower.
Fabulous hotel, lovely clean rooms & dining area. Food was delicious & service excellent. Great value will definitely be back.
Lovely large room
The communal areas are nicely decorated, the food was good and staff were helpful. Room 228 was small but well furnished.
No lift to Room 228.
Room 283 - TV didn't work, needs updated including the bathroom which would make the room smell fresher too.
We enjoy the stay it’s was lively with beautiful views.
Bar and dinner prices were a little high
All of it we couldn’t complain about anything. The waitresses even helped with how to get to the places we wanted to go to withtrams etc .
...
...
It was convenient for a first night stay.
The beds were comfortable.
The food in the bar/restaurant was TERRIBLE ... both breakfast and dinner. Would not recommend anyone to eat there. It was also over priced for the crap that they called food. Was my first night in Scotland and I'm glad this restaurant wasn't typical of the other places I ate as my vacation went on.
The shower was scary and dangerous ... needs to be addressed.
