Did not stay for breakfast as very expensive. Room was comfortable but in need of decorating & updating
The tea coffee shelf was dirty as was the shower
I felt very comfortable and easy to get through my stay. Looking forward to staying over soon.
Nothing I can think of bothered me.
Stay from Nov 10, 2025 to Nov 24, 2025 - from Toronto, Canada visiting family
Hotel in general is clean, bed comfort, staff friendly. Both Bhatt and Syed are very helpful. Bhatt helped us arranging the uber ride to the airport for flying back home.
But the property overall is a bit dated, toilet flushing not working probably. Window coverings a bit dusty. Window cannot closed properly. Our room facing the front lawn on the 2nd floor, is a bit noisy from the traffic or from people while taking smoke break.
My sister and I stayed here for 2 weeks, for visiting family who live in the neighborhood.
There is no safety box in the room, therefore, we prefer no staff entering our room for routine clean-up, so, we asked no need to clean our room and exchange the towel when needed, upon our request. However, for whatever reason, on the 2nd days when we came back to the room, we noticed that the front window linen was removed, but never been replaced since. Then on some odd days, we also noticed that staff had entered to our room, empty only the trash bin under the desk, but the trash bin in the washroom had never been touch or changed. We also found that some of our personal items had been touched, this made you wonder?
Toiletry, as indicated on hotel website, to be provided. However, for our 2 weeks stay, we were only provided a total of 8 sample size shower gels, two sample size bar of soaps, luckily, towels and hair dryer are provided. However, there is no shampoo or conditioner or lotion. So, we have to go buy more shower gels, shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Luckily, all these items are available at LiDl grocery store, just 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the village.
Location – is very convenience. Hotel is located between Bracknell , Camberley, Sanhurst, The Meadow etc…
10 minutes walk from the Hotel to the main / High Street, where you can find the Lidl grocery, the Prince pub, Costa coffee shop...etc Also, you can take Bus 194 (toward west) will take you to the Bracknell bus / Train Station, The Lexicon Mall where we send most of our time. At the Lexicon Mall, you will find the M&S , T.J.Maxx, all kind of eateries (included The Bull Pub, Nando’s, Thai food, Chinese food, Japanese food, McDonald..etc) . Bus 194 to the East, will take you to the Camberley , which is 8 miles away from the hotel
From the Bracknell Bus Station, Bus 703 will take you to LHR T5
or from Camberley Station, Bus 730 will take you to LHR T5

Lovely welcome to this hotel, very clean well appointed room with a very comfortable sleep, ample parking and a friendly farewell upon our departure.
Chose the Dial as location was excellent as visiting family close by . We received a warm welcome , room was very clean and offered everything we required for an over night stay . Would stay again if in the area. Than you
The welcome, the location, the price
It's a little tired in the decor department, but it's clean and welcoming.
Convenient location for my activity. Good parking facilities and very pleasant and helpful staff.
The place is looking a bit dated inside and could do with a refresh of fittings and furnishings. The shower head needs a good clean and the toilet didn't have an appropriately fitting seat.
Overall, the hotel did not present as very clean.
My colleague for whom the booking was made, reported that the original room she was allocated smelled and the bed looked as though it had been slept in without the sheets having been changed. In the end, after complaining, she was moved to a twin room
