Séjour plus qu'agréable.
Pros:

Personnel vraiment attentif et sympathique. Hôtel où l'on se sent vraiment à l'aise. Et parfaitement situé dans le centre historique d'Haarlem.

Het verblijf was gezellig en comfortabel. Het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Pros:

De service van het personeel. Ik had eerst een kamer die tegen de liftkoker zat. Dit gaf overlast tijdens de nacht. Dit is door het personeel bij de balie direct de volgende dag verholpen door mij een andere kamer te geven.

Cons:

De staat van de kamers. Je kon duidelijk zien dat deze onderhoud nodig hebben. De kozijnen van de deuren waren hier en daar kaal en de badkamer in de eerste kamer was gedateerd. In de tweede kamer zaten in de vloerbedekking vlekken. De kamers waren verder wel schoon.

Would highly recommend
Pros:

location of the hotel was directly next to St. bavo and the central plaza- Grote Markt, and only a 15 min walk to the train station (a straight shot). Breakfast was included with our stay which included plenty of options. Hotel staff were very helpful with all of our questions.

De locatie is super, direct tegenover de kerk in het centrum van Haarlem.

Cons:

10 minuten voor de balie staan wachten om in te checken, toen kwam er van achter ergens een medewerkster aanlopen.
Vuil tapijt met vlekken in de kamer. Schoonmaak kan beter, lampen / radiator bedekt met stof.
Gehorig; ik hoorde boven mij mensen lopen en vervolgens om 3.30 in de nacht de buurman snurken..

Het was prima, goed genoeg voor één nachtje weg.

Goede ligging! Minden in het centrum.Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Was iets gedateerd. Het ontbijt was niet wat we normaal gewend zijn tijdens een verblijf in een hotel.
