We loved Haarlem (canals, nice food and drinks) and the Ambassadors helped us make the most of it!
Pros:

The bedroom was spacious and great to have an en suite with an actual bath.
Very much enjoyed being so central (even during King's Day celebrations).
Great to have a secure area for holding our luggage.
Thank you to all the staff who were really welcoming and helpful - lovely people.

Cons:

the only thing I would improve would be coffee quality at breakfast and maybe add an extra suitcase rack in the room.

Fijn verblijf en ondanks de slechte kamer heerlijke dagen gehad.
Pros:

Locatie goed, hotel goed.
Ontbijt te beperkt.
De kamer was slecht, een vochtige donkere sfeerloze kamer.
Verlichting en inrichting kamer 154 erg matig.
Badkamer ver beneden peil en verwachting op kamer 154.
Geen Doucheafscheiding waardoor alles kletsnat werd.

Kamer en badkamer achterstallig.

Pros:

I had a lovely meal in the bar, the staff were really friendly. The hotel rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Demi was really helpful. I had an issue with 2 rooms, it's not really the fault of the hotel. One, I could smell drains, the other was very noisy due to street noise (bars shut at 1am), but you were really helpful getting me comfortable. Thank you.

Cons:

Personeel niet echt vriendelijk. Werden eerst in kamer gestopt waar het erg stonk naar riool. Later wel andere kamer maar niet van harte.

Pros:

Location exceptional, staff very helpful, quiet room at the back during a noisy public holiday

Cons:

Reception smelled bad. Room was not serviced at all during a 5 day stay, even though we asked them to by day 4. All we got was clean towels with our used ones left in a heap on the bathroom floor. Shower needs a good scrub and a better screen. Clearly understaffed during a very busy period.

Great for location if you want to be in the thick of city life.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Location of the hotel is excellent being in the heart of the city. A good ambience in the bar and restaurant. Food was good.

Cons:

The room was rather small and, being up in the roof space, it was very warm even with the windows open. There was a ceiling fan but we couldn't work out how to turn it on. We did read reviews to this effect previous to booking, so it was not a surprise. But hey, it was clean with a comfortable bed.
