クリスマスイブの宿泊であったが、ロケーションも良く、ホテル内は静かで快適だった。
Pros:

1. チェックイン前に快く荷物を預かってくれた。
2. ユニバーサルルームの浴室が広い。
3. ロケーションは良いです。

Cons:

1. 浴室スライドドアのレールが無茶苦茶汚かった。ブラシで簡単に清掃出来るのに全くその痕跡もなかった。
2. 女性スタッフは皆、感じ良かったが、男性スタッフは何れも、そう感じなかった。

Pros:

Very nice convenient location with some beautiful scenery especially at night. Just within 10mins walk from sakuragicho station. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Great location! Accessible to most attractions around the area within 5-10 mins walk.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing location. It's like in the middle of almost everything, be it Red brickhouse, World Porters mall, Cosmo world theme park and many more! There's a family mart right across the road. One of the best things is that it's near Yokohama Red Bricks warehouse where the xmas village is usually!

Cons:

- Insufficient service integration and communication. If a service is unavailable, the hotel staff must be informed.
- No shuttle bus between hotel and sakuragicho train station.
