一人旅で利用しました。最高でした。

2泊別の部屋を予約してしまったのですが受付の方が素早く対応してくれて2泊とも一緒の部屋で助かりました。
眺めもよく立地も最高です。
清潔感もあります。

Cons:

朝食のビュッフェですが和食の方は満足かもしれませんが洋食派としてはなんとなく期待ハズレでしたが
スタッフの対応は良かったです。
つぎは和食食べてみます。

ロケーションが、素晴らしい。徒歩数分で、赤レンガ、ハンマーヘッドに行けました。パシフィコ横浜に用事がありましたが、迷わず徒歩でいけました。お散歩しても、特徴的な建物なので、迷子になりませんでした。

Cons:

強いていえば、のレベルですが。お部屋が年期入ってる感じのダメージ感。もともと2ベッドだった部屋を、1ベッドに模様替えしたんだなぁーって感じでした。ラグジュアリー感を求めてる人には不向きだと感じました。
