景色が綺麗だった
赤レンガ倉庫が近くて行きやすかった
朝ごはんが美味しかった(焼鮭が朝に食べられるのすごく嬉しかったです)

Cons:

お部屋じゃなかったので気にしませんが、1階のフロントで10cmほどのクモが歩いているのを見ました笑
他の虫を食べてくれる良い奴だとは思いますが、クモは苦手なので外に出て欲しいですね、、、

馬車道駅から徒歩圏内

Cons:

チェックイン時、フロントに2名居まして1名が電話対応しており、1名が他チェックインの対応していました。その時にフロント前の端末が空いていた為、チェインの入力を済ましておこうとしましたが、他チェックインの対応中のフロントの方が、少しお待ちくださいと入力をストップするように告げられました。

タイミングが悪かったのもありますが、スムーズなチェックインが出来れば、サービス向上につながるのではと感じております。

接客態度には問題ございませんし、ロケーションが最高で静かに快適な宿泊が出来ました。
