Pros:

The staff were friendly.

The location was superb.

The breakfast was tasty.

I was able to borrow from the hotel a charger for my mobile phone (needed because my adapter plug wouldn't fit this hotel's outlets).

Cons:

The room seemed smaller than depicted on the booking.com website.

We didn't pre-book breakfast, and were prepared to pay, but they were "cash-only" so had to run to the Family Mart across the street to get cash from the ATM!

My US adapter plug had a third (earth?) pin which did not fit any of the electricity outlets in the room.

価格が安かったので妥当だと思ってます。
Pros:

桜木町駅から徒歩圏内で建物も分かりやすくて良かったです。

Cons:

指定ができなかったので仕方ないとは思いますが当日は花火が上がる日だったので観覧車側の部屋に宿泊したかったです。

Pros:

Great location. Wonderful breakfast and wait staff were kind and attentive. The Sakura were in bloom right out the doors. Lovely area!

Unfortunately this hotel does not participate in any sort of luggage forwarding service.

夜景とロケーションに感動
Pros:

窓からの景色が昼間も夜も最高に綺麗で感動しました。赤レンガ倉庫は徒歩圏、ワールドポーターズへのショッピングやコンビニはすぐ近く。ロープウェイもすぐ隣で本当に抜群のロケーションです。馬車道通りの散歩も気持ち良かった。無料で水のペットボトルもありました。フロントの男性の方も堅苦しくなく親切でした。是非また泊まりたいホテルです。

Cons:

朝食は悪くは無いけど、ときめく物が無く普通。カレーは微妙……。生のフルーツが欲しかったです。

大満足です。
Pros:

ロケーションは抜群でした。窓からイルミネーションと大観覧車を眺めながら眠れるというのが贅沢で、大満足でした。ツインだったせいか部屋の狭さには苦笑しましたが、窓からの眺めで帳消しです。夜景に癒されました。

Cons:

もう少し部屋を広くとれるよう工夫してほしかったです。荷物を置かなくても、室内の移動がしにくかったです。
