クリスマスイブの宿泊であったが、ロケーションも良く、ホテル内は静かで快適だった。
Pros:

1. チェックイン前に快く荷物を預かってくれた。
2. ユニバーサルルームの浴室が広い。
3. ロケーションは良いです。

Cons:

1. 浴室スライドドアのレールが無茶苦茶汚かった。ブラシで簡単に清掃出来るのに全くその痕跡もなかった。
2. 女性スタッフは皆、感じ良かったが、男性スタッフは何れも、そう感じなかった。

Great location! Accessible to most attractions around the area within 5-10 mins walk.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing location. It's like in the middle of almost everything, be it Red brickhouse, World Porters mall, Cosmo world theme park and many more! There's a family mart right across the road. One of the best things is that it's near Yokohama Red Bricks warehouse where the xmas village is usually!

Cons:

- Insufficient service integration and communication. If a service is unavailable, the hotel staff must be informed.
- No shuttle bus between hotel and sakuragicho train station.

Pros:

ホテル内の空気感が気持ち良く感じられました。
お部屋に、横浜のお水500ccが置いてあり、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

予約サイトに「駐車場あり」の記載があります。一泊の駐車場料金が記載されていると嬉しいと思います。
また、駐車場料金は、現地（ホテル）に直接お支払い下さい。
などの情報が書かれていると嬉しいと思います。

みなとみらい満喫
Pros:

景色がとても良かったです。部屋からみなとみらいを満喫できました。
朝食もいろんな種類があり、楽しませていただきました。
目の前がコスモワールドなので、次の日は子供もたくさん遊べました。
