飯店距離火車站大約步行10分鐘，搭乘火車約20分鐘即可抵達威尼斯島上。飯店門口有免費停車位，適合自駕者。不過飯店周遭沒有什麼店家，若需要飲食必須到較市區的地方覓食。
若提早抵達可寄放行李，飯店人員會協助將行李放置至上鎖的儲藏室內，服務人員也都相當親切。
雙人房房間寬敞，備品有洗手乳、身體乳、沐浴乳、洗髮乳及潤髮乳，相當齊全，吹風機風力強大，吹頭髮很快速，本次入住的房間內甚至有附瑜珈球及瑜珈墊，並有寬敞空間可供使用。
早餐選擇豐富，且新鮮好吃。

Pros:

Camera molto pulita e curata.
Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche lo spazio dedicato al benessere direttamente in camera, con tappetino, palla, piccoli pesi ed elastici: un’idea davvero originale e molto utile.

Colazione eccellente, ricca sia di dolce che di salato, con ampia scelta.

Molto comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito all’esterno dell’hotel.

Esperienza molto positiva, struttura consigliata.
