Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were accommodating, the breakfast was good, and the complimentary shuttle service was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is located in Alabang business center and near the malls. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. One person stood out. I would like to commend Grace Salazar from the dining area wherein she assisted us with a smile and made sure that my family had a WOW experience during our 2 nights stay. She even suggested to wrap 2 plates of breakfast for my 2 kids who were not able to have breakfast because they are still sleeping in the room. To add more, she even volunteered to bring the plates with us in our rooms just to make sure we are well treated. It is my first time to experience such warm and friendly gesture! We will definitely go back and recommend this hotel to our relatives, friends, and business associates. She should be given a tap on the back for this service. - Carina and mom

I checked in last week lng.. and dumating ako around 7pm I approach the front desk agad… the ladies are very approachable nmn after few minutes ok na ang room and i requested if there is someone who can assist me going to my room, but I was shocked because one of the ladies inside the front desk ang nag assist sakn carrying all my bags instead of bellboy or concierge. While inside thr elevator I asked her if oky lang sya mag assist sakn and she said na its ok dw pag wala concierge sometimes silaang nag aasist coz its part of the their ojt training in hotel

From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I usually struggle to get a good night’s sleep when traveling, but the bed here was unbelievably comfortable. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed every morning. Ringing in the New Year from the penthouse suite was unforgettable. Watching the fireworks from such a perfect vantage point felt truly special.
The food was incredible, with every meal exceeding our expectations. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel right at home.
We also traveled with our pet, and the experience was completely stress free. Everything was so well thought out and accommodating, which made a huge difference for us. The location is another major highlight. It is quiet, safe, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, which made exploring effortless and enjoyable.
This stay checked every box and then some. We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Although it is no secret that our family love the B-HOTEL everytime we stay there, I didn’t think we could possibly love it more till we experienced 2 things:

1. We booked the restaurant, Alenjandro’s for my Mom’s 75th birthday.
2. We checked in with our pet before her bday to feel rested.

My mom wanted to treat her family and friends to a good buffet lunch where they can be happy. The guest arrived one hour ahead – they were already ready! Food is being served. The food was generous and the guest complimented the choices and the taste. They found the restaurant charming and since they kindly reserved the whole venue for this lunch, and partitioned off the area, it was as what Mom wanted, cozy, intimate and welcoming. The servers were polite with a ready smile and superb service. This was the first time Mom wanted a party and she enjoyed every second of it.

Mom also wanted to be rested before the party so we checked in the day before. When we entered our suite, there was a welcome note, a personalized birthday cake and a gift. She felt really special. We were excited to have our beloved cat with us, and they had a Cat litter and food bowl too! Such attention to detail. Our cat inspected the whole place. Surprisingly, like us humans, she fell in love with the hotel bedsheet and blanket and quicky snuggled under it, we had a hard time finding our space in the bed as she really stretched out underneath totally relaxed! Therefore the place is cat approved.

B Hotel Alabang truly exceeded our expectations and has officially become our home whenever we’re in the Philippines. The location is incredibly convenient and walkable to some of the best restaurants in Alabang, as well as the mall. There is also a convenience store right across the hotel, plus a nearby massage place that offers really good massages, which made our stay even more relaxing.
As a balikbayan, we especially loved the breakfast. The variety of Filipino dishes (tapa, tocino, dilis, bangus, TJ hotdog, taho, etc) was such a treat and really felt like a warm welcome home. Everything was delicious and comforting. Speaking of comfort, the bed, pillows, and comforter were all exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to sleep well every night.
This is hands down the best pet-friendly hotel in Alabang. We stayed for two weeks, and even our furbaby absolutely enjoyed his stay. The hotel is very accommodating and welcoming to pets, which made our long stay stress-free and extra special.
The staff truly made the experience outstanding. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Special shoutout to Ms. Glennis, JP from F&B, and Kuya Allan from Concierge. They went above and beyond and were absolutely extraordinary. Their hospitality made us feel so at home.
We also had the New Year’s Eve buffet dinner, and it was delicious with a great spread and a wonderful atmosphere. On top of that, the hotel has a gym and a hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay. The hotel has a very homey and relaxing atmosphere, amazing food, excellent amenities, and outstanding service. It is truly great value for money. We are already looking forward to our next stay. B Hotel Alabang is now our home every time we come back to the Philippines for vacation. Highly recommended!

Stop by the hotel restaurant for the food, but stay for the service! The chicken fingers and fries were tasty, and the iced mocha is a must-try. Special shoutout to Mr. Mark for the top-tier service. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel right at home. 5 stars!

Had a wonderful experience in dining at B Hotel, Alabang breakfast buffet. Breakfast includes pumpkin soup, eggs benedict, porchetta, sausages, roasted pork, pasta, breads, fruits, salads, and coffee.

Our favorites from their restaurant are their Crispy Palabok and Spanish Latte!

Aside from their good food, all the staff are welcoming and attentive. Special mention to sir Mark for the outstanding service.

The overall experience was beyond our expectations. Sir Mac has accommodate us and made sure our staycation is delightful. I would definitely recommend families who wanted a homey yet exquisite experience!

It’s so nice here in B hotel especially with the foods made by the chef and stuff, and as well the excellent service of house keeping stuff i got assisted by arlene sa room attendant and nicole thanks to them i have a lot of fun. ☺️

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff went above and beyond—especially Arlene, Frankie and Nicole. at the front desk, who assist us. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the location was perfect for exploring. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and had an amazing city view. Breakfast offered plenty of fresh options, and the jacuzzi area was beautifully maintained. The hotel is also within walking distance of mall and restaurants, which was very convenient. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Food and service is great. We had some technical difficulties but they have a technician available on the spot. Servers are always smiling.

We had our Cluster year-end party at B Hotel, and the experience was greatl! The venue, Alfredo'' was just right and was decorated to matched our theme. The food was great (even better last year) and the staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. Everything ran smoothly, and our team truly enjoyed the night. My experience is remarkable. The breakfast is satisfying. The room accommodation is good and the service is good as well.

Last dec 27, we had a reunion held at B hotel. They fixed up a specil plce for us and no matter how fully booked the lobby was they made sure we hd ample space for oir reunion. They even arranged a special bday cake for me. Truly memorable. Thanks so much to Ms. Glennis Narciso and her staff for helping us with the things we need.
Special mention also the the chef and his team. The beef salpicao and hainanese chicken rice were deliciois.
My husband i plan to comeback next January to celebrate another milestone at B hotel.

Impeccable hotel in Alabang.

Rooms were clean. Linens were fresh and soft. Bottled water provided. Room was quiet and well insulated. Lovely decor which created a comfortable setting.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to local shopping mall.

Concierge offer a complementary transport in Alabang if you don’t want to walk.

Buffet breakfast was a treat with good variation each morning.
