Had a great stay. Just want to commend the dining server last night. Lester is very friendly and always smiling. Keep it up!

We had a wonderful experience, the hotel is neat and clean the staff are very polite, especially Jp Lesther I forgot the name but sounds like that, he's very attentive to details on my special request and the the food in the restaurant is also good. I would love to come back soon.

I had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel, made even better by the exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the staff. I also like their amenities and the atmosphere of the restaurant during breakfast if there still no other guests eating. Btw everyone was very approachable and always willing to help with a smile. I’d like to give special recognition to the interns (jm, ashley, sanie) for their hard work and friendliness. I also appreciate FO Hannah, FO Angela and FO Pearl for their professionalism and excellent assistance throughout my stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel. I look forward to visiting again!

I normally book when I need some me time and B Hotel is ALWAYS THE RIGHT CHOICE. Staff is very polite and accommodating and it’s my home away from home without the dent on my wallet. Shout out to the nice interns and receptionists I met in my last stay:

All the staff are very friendly, especially the OJTs. They are approachable, and you can really feel that you’re welcome there. I also like their service.

Ample space and clean rooms. ATC and Festival malls reachable in less than 2 kms. Take advantage of their free shuttle service! (Please tip them!)
Lawson and 7-11 just right out the door.
Breakfast buffet not too bad. A bit salty for my taste but otherwise good.
Can’t commend the staff enough. Always greeting you and will (almost) move mountains to accommodate your requests.

The place is very clean. Food for breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and helpful especially wranze, ashley, alyssa, pear, hannah and angela. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel! The staff—especially Darwin—were incredibly accommodating and passionate about their work, which made our stay even more enjoyable. B Hotel has truly become our go-to hotel, and you can never go wrong choosing it if you want quality family time, great value for money, and a perfect location.
All the staff were consistently warm and approachable, which is why we keep coming back. The early check-in was a big bonus, especially since we had just come from my son’s moving-up ceremony—thank you for that!

Its really a great place to stay wit family. And the shuttle ay sobrang helpful, and the food was delicious. Everything was greag except the tv is not working :(
