Delightful!
Pros:

1st most the walking distance to the baseball park, then the proximity to the convention center and the green space park.

Nothing really.

Pros:

Close to the convention center and that the test would automatically log you out after checkout

Cons:

1 elevator was down so longer wait for elevator. We were on the 13th floor and the room was a little hot at night.

Long weekend for games
Pros:

Location to sporting events and transportation options.

Cons:

Staffing at breakfast was light. It got crowded and one server at the buffet and one cooking omelets was very slow at times.
