Housekeeping staff EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Evening desk clerk could not even be bothered to look up and say "hello". He simply grunted "yes?" at check-in. When asked where the elevators were located, he responded with "they are unavailable because there is a game in town". ??? 🤔 Exterior of facility is extremely filthy and littered with cigarette butts everywhere. Also, steps are unstable / uneven. There are no wheelchair ramps. This is not a handicap accessible property in any way, shape or form. There were old mattresses leaned up against various room doors with broken locks. Also, the indoor water park is completely in shambles and under construction. Hallways look as though they have never seen a vacuum. The place is just absolutely filthy. We felt either safe nor clean staying there. There was a pile of dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom. Beer bottles in halls which wreak of marijuana. This place screams "we want your money, but not you".
Clean-less, bad odor in each room, bad customer service,
Paint peeling off the wall. No air conditioning. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Smells like cigarette smoke. Awful customer service. No elevator so had to carry bags to the second floor. Completely run down. Filthy.
Horrible experience is was nasty everything was broken smoke sector was ripped out the wall they advertise breakfast and don't have it and swimming and water playground don't have it running they had broken furniture and mattresses in the pool area outside covered in trash and broke furniture ice machine broken water in sink in room didn't work there was blood on the tub in my room worst experience at a hotel I've ever had
Everything was terrible, the pictures were very misleading ! My daighter was so scared since they pulled in the parking lot. There was cockroaches, and bugs everywhere. The property looked completely abandoned, the pool/waterpark area was shut down. It was just a very bad experience 😔 i wouldnot wish my worst enemy to have to stay in such a place. It shud b shut down fr.
This listing is far from accurate. Place is in terrible condition. Very disappointed even if it was cheap.
I have pictures of several items in the room that were broken. I would never recommend or stay here again. As a matter of fact Expedia should drop this location before they get a bad name for themselves.
The only GOOD thing I can say about this Hotel is the Check-In Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but severely outdated. Next to Zero water pressure in the shower, bed was extremely hard and the carpet looked glued to the floor is was so dirty and used!
The deadbolt lock was not screwed in and just hanging. Anyone could have busted in. I did not have a screwdriver with me. The electrical outlet on the light had exposed wires. It was obvious it used to be a smoking hotel. Both from the smell to the cigarette burn in the comforter. The drawer in the desk was hanging sideways. I was in the back where a lot of people were drinking and hanging around the back door. I will not return.
The most disgusting places I have ever stayed in (considering it a stay even though we left and did not stay).
Stains on sheets, overall room dirty.
This has to be one of the worst places to stay that I have ever seen a broken down creepy waterpark inside broken windows exterior doors that don’t even have handles dirty stinky light switches didn’t work the front desk staff naturally was on his phone the entire time chatting with someone else in another language. Crap everywhere just I don’t know anyone that would want to stay here unless it was a homeless person, needing a shower and a bed. I took one look at the waterpark which was right outside the door, open the door with the fridge hanging out, totally smelling and went right back to the front desk and told him that I would not stay here and would like my money back and of course he wanted to know why, so I told him the many many reasons I can’t believe they’re even allowed to be open. .
The property looks abandoned. The room looks nothing like what is advertised. The roof of the room shows water damage, the room smells, NO REFUND!!!!! The bathroom looks to be falling apart. If you want a comfortable safe place, this is not it. The hotel has over 100 rooms and it may only be 5 rooms being used by guest that has to stay due to not being able to get a refund. When I walked in the room, linen was on the floor and front desk had to come and retrieve it. Towels looked dirty, AC barely worked properly, lamp light only had one bulb that worked. For a single individual, I do not recommend in my opinion.
The front desk chaged a deposit and never gave it back. The hotel was nasty
I'M NOT USUALLY ONE TO COMPLAIN...BUT...
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO (0) STARS I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL 0⭐️🚫!
👎FALSE ADVERTISING BY HAVING PICS OF THE INDOOR WATERPARK & POOL ON THE WEBSITE...WASN'T JUST CLOSED, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO WATER IN SIGHT! (TOOK PICS FOR PROOF.)
NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK REGISTRATION STAFF OF THIS & HE SAID, "NO POOL OR WATERPARK IN A FEW YEARS."...NO APOLOGY, NO ROOM DISCOUNT OFFER WHEN ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
THE BATHROOM LIGHT BUZZED & FLASHED SO BAD ( ELECTRICAL FIRE HAZARD) WE COULDN'T USE THE LIGHT AT ALL. (TOOK VIDEO FOR PROOF.)
COULD ACTUALLY FEEL THE FLOOR (1ST FLOOR, GROUND LEVEL) MOVING UNDERNEATH OUR FEET BC IT WAS SO UNSTABLE.
ROOM SMELLED OF MILDEW.
NOTIFIED CHECKOUT STAFF OF THESE ISSUES PRIOR TO LEAVING, JUST SAID, "OK."
STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES DURING BASEBALL TOURNAMENTS PRIOR TO COVID & HAD NO COMPLAINTS...WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE NOW! NOT SURE IF IT'S UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, BUT DEFINITELY NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENTS, ESPECIALLY FOR ELECTRICAL HAZARDS & POTENTIAL INJURY FOR UNSTABLE FLOORS.
(BOOKED VIA HOTELS.COM, WHICH ALSO HAD THE SAME OUTDATED PICS.
RESERVATION WAS PREAUTHORIZED & WE CHECKED IN LATE AT NIGHT, SO WE DIDN'T GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL, DESPITE THE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE LACK OF INDOOR POOL OR WATERPARK, ROOM CONDITION & CUSTOMER SERVICE.)

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but it could have been better. My comforter was dirty & we didn’t realize it until right before check out. Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasn’t completely clean. We found hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner.
Crappy room. Dirty beds. Blinds wouldn’t close all the way. The exterior door was tight next to the room and it wasn’t working, so it wasn’t locked and anyone could walk in
I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and prepaid $300 for a two-night stay. When we arrived, the front desk said they had no record of our reservation. They asked for an additional $56 to stay for one night and said we’d need to come back in the morning to try booking the second night. I showed them email confirmation, including details about a security deposit, but they refused to acknowledge it, wouldn’t answer questions, and kept insisting I swipe my card again without explanation.
The property was in extremely poor condition. The pool was drained and surrounded by boxes. The men’s bathroom had a urinal torn off the wall, and the trash was overflowing with fire extinguisher tags. The building looked unsafe—walls were visibly bowing, windows were broken, and none of the rooms had curtains. We also saw people loitering near the building, which added to the feeling of insecurity.
Because we were traveling with our two-year-old, we made the difficult decision to leave. All other hotels nearby were booked due to local graduations, so we drove through the night. We received no service and were left with no safe place to stay.
This hotel should not be listed on any booking site until major safety and service issues are resolved. It was completely misrepresented online and should not be offered as a lodging option in its current state.
The experience started off poorly with a late-night check-in that was anything but welcoming. The associate was on a personal call -- on speaker, no less -- while checking us in, barely acknowledging us. He told us we'd have to walk around to the back to access our room, only for us to find out later that we could have entered directly through the lobby.
Now, let's talk about the room. The only positive: the bed was large and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was far from clean -- dirty underwear from a previous guest and what appeared to e a bloody washcloth were left on the floor. The toilet barely flushed, and when I tried to use the shower, the faucet literally fell off. To top it all off, the sheets and bedding where stained and had cigarette burns.
The only reason I stayed here was because I was attending a college graduation and all other nearby hotels were fully booked. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: never stay anywhere with less than three starts. You truly get what you pay for. I would never recommend this to anyone else.
The building is unsafe. The locks on the doors to the outside are broken. Could not get a person at the front desk, outlets broke in room, phone broke. Linens full of burn holes. Pull out couch had thin nasty mattress. Peeling paint on the ceilings, mold. Nasty carpets, no elevator for handicap. Structural failure of building walls and floor. Laundry room broken ice machines broken. Did not feel safe would not have stayed if not with others.
