If you wish to dine in the restaurant, please reserve your table in advance before arrival, otherwise a table cannot be guaranteed.

From April until 31 October, the restaurant is closed all day on Mondays and Tuesdays.

pour un hotel 4 étoiles ne pas avoir d'eau chaude à notre arrivée (16 heures) et jusqu'à notre départ le lendemain matin 10 heures ce n'est pas normal.
surtout que le personnel de l'hotel, le soir, me dit avoir fait le necessaire.
ne pas pouvoir prendre une douche alors qu'il faisait chaud et avoir cette sensation d'être sale n'est pas normal pour un 4 étoiles

que le personnel mente sur la réalité de l'absence d'eau chaude et ne pas avoir pu prendre une douche pendant mon séjour
etre réveillé à 3 heures du matin par un individu de l'hotel et qui se permette de fumer devant notre fenetre qui eté ouverte. il parlait au téléphone et fumait

Pros:

Very good restaurants and service overall.
Room facilities only adequate but comfortable.
Brantone is a very pleasant place to visit, but the staff v good.

Blissful stay. Delightful cuisine!
Pros:

It’s in a charming location, with friendly welcome including our small dog. Our room was excellent, with the best shower I’ve ever come across with two rain heads😅 The cuisine is exceptional.

The food and service were excellent the. Hotel is beautiful and in an amazing position on the river.
Pros:

The main property is amazing we stayed in the annex on the ground floor with no view. The annex is a short walk to breakfast .

We couldn’t get WiFi we had no view and it was a short walk to breakfast.
The room was large and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. We had a room with a terrace overlooking the river and mill pond, which was lovely. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the room, right down to the toiletries. The staff are friendly and efficient and can’t do enough for you.
