Charlie in Pesaro provides a seafront location, comfortable furnishings, and competent staff
Pros:

Our junior suite was just perfect. The room and clothing storage worked out well, as did the living area with a comfortable couch that could be made up into a bed. There was a fantastic view of the Adriatic and was also in walking distance to the centro storico. It was full of activity because of bus tours and athletic teams coming and going. It's known as biking hotel, well situated for explorations in the hills and along the sea. The room was extremely well appointed. Ours was ingeniously handicapped accessible. The attached coffee shop provides friendly service and excellent food.

Cons:

Parking costs 20 euro per night, even in low season. It could have been offered free of charge, since only one or two cars were parked there.
