Das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die im Zimmer bereitgestellten kleinen Wasserflaschen sollten als Willkommensservice kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehen, idealerweise eine pro Person.
Stunning location just steps away from extensive hiking trails through the beautiful Black Forest. Large, well-appointed room with views of the castle ruins and village. Kind and caring hosts and staff. The breakfast has a wonderful array of sweet and savory offerings featuring delicious baked goods, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, local honey, and more.
The hotel is old (1897) and charming, and our room smelled a bit musty. We took care of it by opening the windows. I much prefer this to having them try to cover it up with cleaning products.
The host will pick you up at the train free of charge which is great, but once you're there you are on your own to get down to the village, which is quite a ways down and back up. Also, there is no elevator, but the host will help you with your bags if you are able to make it up the stairs.

It was a nice and cozy place with a beautiful restaurant and plenty of space around with a medieval castle and tower. The room was complete and the hotel have an amazing service.
The place is full with carpets and, despite we knew, it is not deeply cleaned but we should have expected it. Apart from that, the hotel and room were clean and nice. The tv was a bit small
The hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The stay was very comfortable. The staff are also super friendly.
Not much to mention here.
Buen desayuno. Personal muy agradable. La localización nos encantó, muy tranquilo y con algunas cosas turisticas justi enfrente. Parking gratis.
