To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Nada me vem na cabeça
Localização excelente! Funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos e banheiros muito confortáveis. Eles oferecem algumas comidinhas em três intervalos, isso foi muito bom. Todas as noites há queijos e vinhos para serem degustados como cortesia.

La atención del personal fue maravillosa, tuve un problema durante mi estancia y me ayudaron en todo. La habitación es bastante amplia y las zonas comunes son super relajantes. Tiene piscina y hamacas para descansar. El desayuno es variado. A lo largo del día tienen diferentes detalles con los huéspedes, primero con frutos secos, luego tes y por último vinos, lo que hace que el ambiente sea genial y distendido. The architecture was simply beautiful, in an amazing location with teatime, breakfast and wine tasting included! Cristian was absolutely amazing and gave us the most amazing dinner recommendations

We had the best experience staying here. After a long day of travel we were greeted by Christian who was so accommodating and put us at ease. We were offered a glass of wine and it was exactly what we needed in that moment. Our whole stay was great because of the accommodations but largely because the staff was so lovely and caring. I have to mention Christian again because he was amazing and also gave us dinner recommendations that were incredibly helpful. I couldn’t give this place more stars but I would if I could
This hotel is perfectly located in the downtown area near all of the action. Breakfast, daily snacks and tea and a great happy hour too.
Gostamos da hospitalidade, do café da manhã, da limpeza dos quartos e do ambiente do hotel. Tudo muito agradável, em especial ao atendimento do Cristian que foi muito simpático e nos recebeu muito bem.
Nada significado, somente a água do chuveiro que oscila a temperatura, mas isso não atrapalhou nossa experiência que foi muito agradável.
Durante a tarde e a noite, mesa com snacks, castanhas e vinhos com queijos, azeitonas, pães e pastas para degustação. O gerente Cristiano muito atencioso e prestativo.
Em um dos dias faltou água quente no chuveiro.

Really fantastic hotel. Great architecture, and relaxing courtyards, a mix of traditional materials with all modern features. Met by Christian who is extremely helpful and patient answering questions. He also hosts a very pleasant wine tasting session in the early evening. Really good breakfast, with cooked items and great made to order coffee. etc. Also a very helpful continental breakfast if you have to leave before 7am . Used the slippers for the rest of my trip to other places!

A beautiful, tranquil, well run hotel which is like an oasis among the somewhat chaotic San Pedro. Very well run by Christian and his team who were all really welcoming. Fab breakfast, lovely facilities and we were lucky enough to stay on the night of a wine tasting where we met and chatted with other guests. If you are not keen in staying in a hotel with bunk beds, we definitely recommend this hotel!!!
Wish we could have stayed another night but they were full!!!
