Everything was wonderful . Great location . Breakfast was excellent. The bed was huge. I can't fault this place. It was a little oasis in the center of town

The room is perfect for a couple. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

Its location is great, too. Downtown San Pedro de Atacama is full of cafés, restaurants, and shops that are within walking distance. It's easy to stroll around.
The 24/7 reception is also great. Franklin and Christian were super attentive and friendly. They welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, with stunning décor, architecture, and Atacameño heritage.
Our room was very clean, too. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed daily.

I would highly recommend it!

Breakfast was good, though as is often the case in hotels, there wasn't much vegan selection.
Other than that, I have no complaints.

We were here for four nights and enjoyed every minute. Our trip was extremely busy with tours that were scheduled early morning and late evening, so we had all sorts of needs but they anticipated everything - snacks were always available, and there was an afternoon tea and evening wine tasting that made everything fun. The breakfasts were made to order, with fresh juices and fantastic coffee and many options, and when we had an early start, there was a continental breakfast available for us as well. We also appreciated the availability of water and the water bottles too! The staff was incredible - attentive and friendly, but in no way overbearing. Frank and especially Franklin went the extra mile, but every interaction with every single staff member was pleasant - it was evident that they treat their staff with respect. I would absolutely recommend!

excellent hotel in a good and central part of town. good quality of international guest with staff able to handle most languages. rooms kept impeccably. wine,beer milk and cold water and soft drinks on regular offer.
garage good which made it worth while to be in the centre of town (rather than in the dusty outskirts).

Travelled to Atacama as a last minute plan change and was glad we did! Terrantai was a lovely hotel and all the staff are very very nice!
Christian received us and gave us a lot of helpful information. Antonia was such a pleasant person to interact with everyday and the kitchen staff at breakfast were outstanding! They were kind and very hospitable!
The hotel's concept of AYNI which is a way of expressing gratutude to guests was wonderful!
Many things that were nice about the hotel and staff but we did have one shortfall. We booked the airport transfers with the hotel at $315 roundtrip. The transfer IN was great and we were hoping for the same driver with the minivan on the way out. However we got a station wagon, which was not a very comfortable option for a one hour twenty minute ride to Calama. They should have taken care of this and did not respond appropriately when I wrote to them about it. It was not very comfortable and our suitcases were thrown in the back, open in the hot sun (3pm) for the whole ride. This is absolutely not acceptable and no guest be subject to this as a transfer option. The hotel must take note of this and fix it.
Did not have the heart to lower the rating on this account as the staff and stay were great otherwise.

I spent a couple of nights at wonderful Terrantai Lodge in San Pedro de Atacama and it couldn't have been more perfect. From beginning to end the service and attention was personal, professional, friendly, service minded and so much more. The entire Terrantai team was simply amazing and I will forever treasure my very special memories from my much too short stay at this little oasis! Thank you so much!

Very helpful staff. The manager, Franklin, is lovely and will go out of his way to make travel suggestions, book a dinner reservation, arrange a cab - whatever you need. Rooms were comfortable but hot - when I mentioned this to Franklin, he quickly got us another fan for the room, which helped. Breakfast was excellent. They also feed you all day long - snacks, tea, wine and cheese hour. A nice boutique hotel in the middle of town where staff goes out of their way to make you happy.

The location in San Pedro was perfect, close to many fantastic dinner options and perfect starting point for day trips. Terrantai atmosphere is very calm, with a guest pool and many light food and wine options throughout the day is a great place to relax. All the staff are welcoming and attentive to our needs. Franklin is an exceptional host and meeting him was a great first impression to Terrantai. The rooms were perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The rooms, along with the shared areas were clean and styled in a very authentic way that suits the location.

It was beautiful inside and all the restaurants were 2-3 minutes away. Very quiet. Great staff, their recommendations were excellent. Pool looked pretty! A lot of fun complimentary activities to enjoy common areas and/or interact with other guests.

I arrived early enough and Frank the Hotel Manager welcomed me and showed around the Hotel. He offered me breakfast, although breakfast was started from the next morning.
The location is fantastic, downtown at the town.
The staff was very attentive and well trained
Snacks was available during the day, complimentary afternoon tea and wine tasting
I have to mention that they offer to taste local seeds, dried fruits and herbal teas, that is good for the local community
Breakfast had the choice of espresso!!!! and a la carte to order eggs, fresh juice
