Simplesmente AMAMOS tudo! Tudo foi perfeito, desde a nossa chegada, com a recepção incrível do Cristian, até o final da nossa estadia com a gentileza de guardarem nossas malas até terminarmos o passeio. Excelente localização, café da manhã com ovos feitos na hora, ingredientes da melhor qualidade, chá no meio da tarde, degustação de vinhos à noite, quarto confortável e staff incrível! Not recommended if you want to have a good sleep
Pros:

The hotel itself has a unique design.

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep because there is always a sound on the roof, like click or the water drops, for the whole night. Comparing to the price, the facility is old.

Excelente cama e roupa de cama. Ótima localização, funcionários muito queridos e prestativos. Ótimo cafe da manhã, servido dd muito cedo ( o que facilita para quem sai cedo para os passeios). Disponibiliza chás diversos durante todo o dia!

I had a wonderful stay at Terrantai. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive—special thanks to Cristian, Llenia, and Ino for making the experience so memorable. The hotel is centrally located yet offers a peaceful and relaxing escape from the bustle. It’s an incredibly charming property, full of character. I would highly recommend staying here. Don’t miss the happy hour, which features tasty snacks and excellent Chilean wine!

Pros:

Localização excelente! Funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos e banheiros muito confortáveis. Eles oferecem algumas comidinhas em três intervalos, isso foi muito bom. Todas as noites há queijos e vinhos para serem degustados como cortesia.

La atención del personal fue maravillosa, tuve un problema durante mi estancia y me ayudaron en todo. La habitación es bastante amplia y las zonas comunes son super relajantes. Tiene piscina y hamacas para descansar. El desayuno es variado. A lo largo del día tienen diferentes detalles con los huéspedes, primero con frutos secos, luego tes y por último vinos, lo que hace que el ambiente sea genial y distendido. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy céntrico. Con fácil acceso a las zonas principales
