Отель уютный, на 1 вечер можно остаться. Но я бы не сказала, что 5*, отель на 4*

Комнаты достаточно уютные, приятный дизайн.

Cons:

Была пыль в номере. Просили второй халат, так никто и не принес, якобы что-то с прачечной случилось.. в ресторане на обед принесли горелую картошку и повар смешно спрятал подгоревшую сторону вниз тарелки. Блюдо вернули без проблем, но все же это не уровень 5*

Amazing! It was our second visit in the hotel, for a second year in a row and we consider coming back again!
Pros:

The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, despite our late arrival in the hotel. Exceptional breakfast with varied buffet!

You get what you pay. Good for business purposes and short stays in Sofia.
Pros:

Good restaurant on the spot, enough parking space, outside garden, staff is ok. Quiet housekeeping service was bonus for me.

Cons:

Room cleaning and overall maintenance could be improved. Some renovation would be useful. Location is not perfect but not a big deal when you come by car.

Hi everyone! We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It’s an incredibly beautiful and cozy hotel, with very friendly and polite staff. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious!

We stayed with our best friend — our Golden Retriever — and had no problems at all. The hotel has a wonderful area where you can take your dog for a walk.

Highly recommend this place to everyone! 🐶❤️

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The garden terrace was beautiful, amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

We were very happy with our stay. The only feedback we'd give is that the shower head needs cleaning - it's got a lot of mineral build up, and the head is too high to reach.

Nádherný ubytování v Sofii
Pros:

Nádherný hotel v klidné parkové části Sofie. Přestože se nenachází přímo v centru, do historického centra se dá pohodlně dojít přibližně za 30–35 minut chůze. Hotel je krásně zařízený, pokoje jsou moderní, čisté a velmi dobře vybavené. Snídaně byla výborná a nabízela široký výběr možností. Velkým bonusem je také příjemný bazén, který zpříjemňuje pobyt. Vzhledem k úrovni 5* hotelu je cena velmi rozumná. Mohu jedině doporučit.

Cons:

Jediným drobným nedostatkem je, že k podzemnímu parkovišti je potřeba dojít venkovní cestou a že při vstupu do bazénu je vyžadována plovací čepice.

Bel hôtel, belle déco et à taille humaine.
Petit déjeuner TB. Jardin.

Cons:

Pas gênant pour nous mais il faut savoir que le métro est à une dizaine de mn à pied.
