Comfortable Spa hotel
Pros:

Lovely Spa hotel we took advantage of the pool and Sauna

Very comfortable rooms and late check out was really useful

The overall level of comfort does not match the price
Pros:

Restaurant and lobby architecture as well as the garden with the fountain (which is also what I see from the balcony) look really nice. The regular menu is good. The breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Nine turtles live in the small fountain which doesn't look very healthy for them. Bathroom and toilet are not separated from the rest of the room by capital walls: bathroom is only separated by a curtain, shower has only a frosted glass wall, toilet and shower are also only separated by a frosted glass. Huge number of light switches that I had to guess which one does what, so in the night I couldn't switch the lights on just for the toilet because of the risk to accidentally turn on the global illumination and wake up my spouse. The water in the pool is not as warm - not comfortable to get in. No bathrobes provided in the room which made the visit to the pool even less comfortable. No mosquito net on the balcony door - flies, mosquitos, etc. got in. Some equipment needs maintenance: the TV is tilted, as well as the toilet door - which is why it is very loud to close. And even though the toilet is equipped with washbasin, it had no soap dispenser which made it rather pointless.

Le calme, la situation de l hotel, le petit dejeuner, le personel en general, la propreté... et le coté service de l hotel qui cherche toujours a nous aider

Cons:

Le jacuzzi etait en panne, trop d enfants qui apprennent a nager dans la piscine ( encombrée) et repas du 2eme soir non conforme a ce qu il aurait du etre.
Mais, lors de mon 2eme sejour, le manager nous a attribué une superbe suite pour compenser ces desagréments

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania.
Pros:

Miła obsługa. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Duży wybór jedzenia każdy może coś wybrać, dużo słodkości, owoców. Woda mineralna codziennie dokładana do lodówki, herbatka, kawa, czajnik w pokoju. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Szlafrok, ręczniki, kosmetyki. Cicha klimatyzacja. Możliwość zjechania windą prosto na basen. Woda do picia w saunie, łóżka do odpoczynku.

Cons:

Zapach w pokojach. Płytki na basenie, które odpadły, nie działające jaccuzi i sauna parowa.

Pros:

La stanza era sempre ordinata grazie alla pulizie e il ricambio delle asciugamani giornaliera, incluso dei mini set. Il personale è stato disponibile alla risoluzione dei problemi presenti in stanza, come il cambio delle coperte che erano leggermente macchiate. La colazione era abbondante e molto salutare con attenzione anche alle intolleranza in quanto c'era un angolo dedicato al cibo senza lattosio.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di cura dei dettagli: abbiamo soggiornato in due e c'era un solo accappatoio per la spa, la ricarica di sapone non è stata controllata per gli ultimi giorni. La stanza era ottima ma la pulizia non rispecchia un 5 stelle. Stessa cosa per la colazione, molto buona e apprezzata ma non da 5 stelle, noi avevamo lo sconto genius e abbiamo pagato 20€ a testa per 5 giorni, ma solitamente si paga 20 €al giorno a testa che, a mio parere, è eccessivo per quello che offre.
