I loved that the place was clean and quiet. I loved the pool and the stream room

Cons:

The sauna needs a bit of tweaking, you can see metal/nails poking out from the wood and I didn't feel safe sitting on the benches in the sauna.

Приехали в 15:45 номер был не готов и мы ждали 2 часа, чтоб зайти в номер. Интернет неожиданно слабый.

Die Zimmer war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Deluxedoppelzimmer mit Balkon. Der Balkon war eine Katastrophe, er war mit Aussicht auf eine 4 spurige sehr befahrene Straße, es war sehr laut. Nach 2mal Nachfragen, ob wir das Zimmer tauschen können, wurde uns nichts angeboten.
Als wir alles ausgepackt und geduscht hatten, wollte uns das Hotel am Abend noch ein anderes Zimmer anbieten, wir wollten wegen einer Übernachtung aber dann nicht noch einmal umziehen. Als wir schon schliefen, rief die Rezeption an und entschuldigte sich noch einmal. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht. Der Balkon war schmutzig und die Fliesen und Möbel waren kaputt.
