Pros:

Swimming pool and gym were good.
Bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet Breakfast was adequate but would expect more for 5*

Cons:

Our shower leaked badly and nothing was done about it.
Also the air con wasn't working very well but we kept curtains and window shut then the cleaner opened the window and left curtains open while we were out all day and when we came back in the evening we couldn't cool the room all night. Did not sleep well at all.
Having to wear swimming caps in the pool and then seeing others didn't bother!
No milk with the coffee and only one pod each day for coffee in the room.
Location was rubbish as had to get taxi back and forth to the centre for all trips and restaurants.

Pros:

The ambiance of the hotel, the food, the staffs and of course the facilities are very good. And the price is paid is well worth it. It's also not too far from the airport (15 to 20mins) taxi ride. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wishes to stay there.

It is an affordable 5 star experience
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a double decent water pressure shower, coffee machine and plenty of light and mirrors around. The facilities are brilliant. The gym has plenty of variety when it comes to equipment and enough space to use it. I would definitely recommend!

Cons:

Would add a couple of breakfast options.

Patul a fost confortabil.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut chiuveta pozitionata pe holul camerei, iesea apa de la dus in camera, salteaua era murdara, la fel si peretii, fotoliul plin de pete, perdeaua murdara, praful nesters de multa vreme( anexez poze). Mi-a fost teama sa merg la piscina din pricina celor vazute in camera. Mocheta de pe hol uzata, decolorata pe alocuri si patata. Prietenos cu animalele dar nici macar un bol pentru apa nu era in camera desi am achitat taxa pentru catel desi nu era specificat in rezervare. La plecare am fost intrebata daca am avut sedere placuta iar cand spus ce nu mi-a placut am primit o grimasa neprietenoasa. Departe de un hotel de 5 stele, poate de 2 margarete.

A tad expensive compared to other hotels in the area, but very comfortable.
Pros:

Room was great, pool is beautiful. Very pleasant restaurant space, both inside and outside. Our one year old loved looking at the turtles in the little fountain in the garden.

Cons:

We stayed two nights, one week apart (same room). The second night the shower drain seemingly hadn't been cleaned properly and when we showered, the room flooded.

Great stuff deserved better hotel!

Location and stuff makes it 5 stars

Cons:

Horrible air conditioning. Hotel needs renovation. The ceiling is covered with mold. Tabs are broken in the shower. Basically, this is not 5 stars hotel.
