Werde nicht wieder kommen
Pros:

WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Personal freundlich. Bad schön groß und modern. Bett bequem.

Cons:

Hab mir ehrlich gesagt, mehr von dem Hotel erhofft. War leider nicht wirklich sauber, viele Stellen im Zimmer waren einfach verdreckt. Im Spa Bereich im Dampfbad, roch es eklig nach Abfluss. Und das Dampfbad war auch ziemlich dreckig. Was soll dieser Blödsinn mit den Badekappen? Ich war schon auf der ganzen Welt in Pools und hab sowas noch bei erlebt. Und dann soll man noch 5€ dafür zahlen? Wasser ist auch nicht wirklich warm.
In einem 5 Sternehotel würde ich einen Smarttv erwarten und nicht nur Tv Programm auf bulgarisch. Bett ist zwar gemütlich, aber klein. Kühlschrank geht so gut wie gar nicht. Das Zeug ist lauwarm. Wir haben zwar einen anderen bekommen, der hat aber auch nicht besser funktioniert und vor allem haben sie erst 1,5 Tage später reagiert.
Preise für Massage etc. sind schon wirklich teuer.
Essen im Restaurant ist okay, aber kein Highlight. Frühstück wird hier ja sehr gelobt, war nichts aussergewöhnliches, die Bilder irritieren schon sehr. Alles in allem, kein Aufenthalt den ich empfehlen würde. Wenn man nur 1-2 Tage in Sofia ist, dann lieber paar Euro mehr investieren und ein Hotel in der Innenstadt nehmen, das Hotel liegt im Gewerbegebiet.

Service pas digne d’un 5 étoiles
Pros:

L’hôtel est beau, le cadre magnifique et le spa très agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Quand on fais une demande particulière pour des problèmes d’allergie ou de chambre mal nettoyée, le personnel se permet de souffler.
Je séjourne plusieurs fois par ans dans cet hotel et le service est de pire en pire.
Nous avons reçu un massage en compensation car nous avons eu plusieurs problème mais le séjour nous ai resté très amer. Et le service via booking n’est pas très réactif.
Apres avoir loger de nombreuses fois dans cet établissement, je ne sais pas si je leur laisserais une nouvelle chance…

Pros:

The property itself was beautiful. Location was good and very close to airport. Except two people staff were generally helpful and professional.

Cons:

They said we have been upgraded to a suit but our room was a very normal size room. Breakfast was OK. Staff were grumpy in the morning.
