Clean, convenient, reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exactly what you expect from an included hotel breakfast. There is a nice seating area out back and the view from the hotel was nice. It is a short ride to Cumberland gap and there is delicious restaurant there called Nineteen19.

Cons:

The front desk clerk was very nice to us, but quite abrupt with other guests.

Very pleasant, with exception of elevator mishap.
Pros:

Location was great!!! Bed was comfortable. Didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like a pretty good spread.

Cons:

ELEVATOR QUIT WORKING! We were on the top floor and had to carry luggage down 2 flights of stairs!! Very unfortunate!

Great stay and service!
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly. The kitchen staff (a gentleman whose name i did not get) was exceptional at breakfast, interacting with guests and observant, making sure things were properly handled and served.

Peaceful and clean
Pros:

Clean, friendly, quiet, and amazing, friendly staff. Property is close to, but not on the main road, so easy to find but no road noise.

We ALWAYS stay here when we have a death in the family! We really love the staff and the facility. Very clean welcoming. Great location. Would really love to stay for an extended stay the next time we visit!

Your rooms that are advertised as two queen beds are not really queen sized. They need to be upgraded to traditional queen size beds which is what customers expect.
