They charged my bank $100 deposit. Still have not hot it back. The room was dirty. Pubic hairs on the bed dherts as if they were not replaced with clean ones. Bathroom was dirty, hairs dirt and toilet sit had stains of poop.
Nothing plus homeless people outside sitting on bench w dogs. The cleaning crew was a man w no uniform wraring dirty clothes
There was none available!!
The area was dirty, smelly and nasty. Smells of dogs, cigarettes and uncleanliness was all over the elevator and hallways.
Location was convenient.
I loved the waffles.
The room hadn't been cleaned. The sheets looked mostly clean, the pillow cases had stains on them. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped. The room smelled stale. The toilet had urine stains inside and out. The toilet and shower had a little bit of black mold growing. The shower door wouldn't close completely allowing water to get out. There were no towels anywhere in the room.. when I asked the front desk for towels they asked me several questions and then said the towels were in the dryer. The next day I asked the front desk for towels. They gave me one. No wash cloth or shower mat. One towel.
At breakfast, I had a waffle, cereal, an apple and an orange. The syrup was empty, the milk was empty and out of the 2 apples, one was appealing. The other had bruises and looked old.
I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. Wiped down the walls and doors. Swept and mopped the entire room including the bathroom. The towel I used to mop with started out white. When I got finished, the towel was black and gray from how much dirt was on the floor.
I used a plug in air freshener to freshen up the room. The room felt clean and smelled better.
The other time I had breakfast, the napkins were gone so I asked the front desk for some... he gave me folded up toilet paper. Which reminds me... the toilet paper in my room was almost out and no backup roll. I bought some at the store along with the cleaning supplies, just in case the front desk didn't have another roll.
The next time I needed a new towel, I asked a lady. She was very nice and helpful. It turns out she was the manager of house keeing. She asked how my stay was going. I hesitated, but told her my experience so far. She apologized and said she was just returning from bereavement leave for two family members who were killed in an auto accident.
Right off freeway
Felt lil unsafe
1 out of 5 stars
I stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque I-25 for one night (June 21–June 22), and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I am currently requesting a credit/refund due to the condition of the property and rooms.
The office hallway was dirty and had visible blood stains. The breakfast area was not sanitary—the waffle maker was dirty, the coffee was poor quality, and the cereal appeared to be left open, raising concerns about hygiene.
My son’s room had a chair with blood stains, a dirty microwave, dead bugs, and unclean sheets. My room also had issues, including trash on the floor, dirty blankets, and an unclean bathtub. The hallways had dead roaches and were not properly maintained.
The location and overall condition of the property did not feel comfortable or welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone planning to stay more than one night.
I hope management addresses these serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns.

The location
They had no towels no toilet paper
The smell of waffles cooking in the morning
The unfriendly staff
The bed was pretty comfortable.. that’s about it
There was no towels, the bathroom floor had something sticky on it, there was a dead roach in the bathroom, the ac was dirty, the tv didn’t work, we only had one roll of toilet paper, the room door didn’t properly lock.
It was cost effective at the time.
Nonfunctional TV and remote even after bringing this to the front desk, very small awkward room, small and awkward parking. Our room still smelled like some sort of pipe tobacco.
Location and price.
