Cons:

We werent able to stay as the parking lot was too small for our rig. We had booked online and i asked for a refund. They said no problem, as long as I went through booking.com tof request it. Even emailed a follow up confirmation for refund. Still have not received one.

The worse experience I've ever had. Will never ever return.

Cons:

The window in the bedroom didn't close all the way so you could hear traffic all day and all night. The air conditioner didn't work when I first got there so the shady maintenance man fixed it and made it too cold. The housekeeping staff sucks and are not on top of their duties. I kept having to walk down to the front desk for toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. The phone in the room didn't work and when it did, there would be no one at the front desk to answer it. There was no breakfast even though their website says they have breakfast. No swimming pool. No coffee or tea stations in the room. The shower door wouldn't close all the way so there would be puddle of water outside the door. The bathroom doorknob was broken so I couldn't lock the bathroom door. There was noise all night long on the third floor so me on the second floor didn't sleep. The beds made noise like thunder so you couldn't move around in the bed. Seriously they should just close this building if they're not going to make it nice..
