Pros:

It's conveniently located even for someone from south mumbai. It's in a quiet zone in the bustling suburb of the Lokhandwala complex.

The service is excellent, the food is really yummy and freshly served.

Very discomforting stay

Cons:

1) No smoking room, not mentioned in the booking app about this fact
2) No guest allowed after 8 pm. This is extremely irritating and discomforting for working travellers.
3) Food quality is not up to the mark.

Pathetic front desk and unhygienic place

Cons:

Rude front desk. They insisted we stop using booking.com and approach them directly. They cancelled our first night without notifying us. We had to rebook our entire stay. Toilet leaked all day

Poor hotel being touted as 5 star
Pros:

This hotel cannot be marketed as a five star hotel. This has no such facilities. There is no swimming pool, there is even no lounge. There is a makeshift restaurant area in the ground floor. The breakfas quality is very poor. Average three start hotels provide better choices in breakfast. They have stale bakery items and old, hard breads like leftovers. No proper meat item. Very small hotel OK for a short trip. Not at all comparable with any five or four star hotel. You will not feel the comfort here.

Poor breakfast, no proper lounge or cafe to sit or wait.
