Terrible staff, zero accountability. No proper management. Poor hospitality
Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience by Mr. Nasir at the reception. I booked a Deluxe Room for two nights for my mother and brother, specifically requesting two separate beds. On extending their stay, I discovered they had actually been given a Superior Room instead. Initially, I was told it was due to a plumbing issue. Later, my brother was told it was because separate beds weren’t available in Deluxe Rooms.

My biggest concern is the complete lack of communication. Mr. Nasir never informed us about the room change, asked for our consent, or explained the price difference. Had I not extended the booking, I would never have known. Calls and messages to Mr. Nasir also went unanswered. Very unprofessional and disappointing hospitality.

the breakfast served (Sambhar) was completely stale and spoiled. It tasted sour and smelled like it had been prepared 2 days ago. Serving such unhygienic and stale food poses a severe threat to the health of all students/residents and can cause food poisoning, stomach infections, and other severe health issues

If you’re looking for spacious rooms and a fantastic spot right in the centre of Andheri, this place is perfect!
Pros:

The location is fantastic! It’s right in the heart of Lokhandwala, so you can easily step outside and be surrounded by amazing cafes, bars and shopping areas. Getting an auto or taking the metro was a breeze.
Surprisingly spacious rooms: Anyone who’s stayed in Mumbai knows hotel rooms are usually tiny. This room was actually roomy, had lots of natural light and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Good food and warm vibes: The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and had a great vibe as we entered the venue.

Not a 5 star anymore!!

Very disappointing compared to what this hotel used to be. It was once among the top 5-star hotels in Andheri West, but the overall standard has dropped significantly. The property feels poorly maintained, bathrooms need much better cleaning, and the restaurant looks worn out with old furniture and dirty flooring. There is also a strong air freshener smell throughout the restaurant, which takes away from the dining experience. The biggest letdown, however, was the staff. Hospitality starts with a smile, but the service felt cold and unwelcoming. I genuinely hope the management pays attention to these issues because this hotel has the potential to be great again.
