The staff was fabulous!!!! We had a wedding for our son and as we were in and out of the hotel all day. Never once did someone not greet us. They asked us how the wedding prep was. And they told us that if we needed anything just ask.
The staff were friendly, informative, and helpful. They ensured I had enough orange juice on hand for my low blood sugar. I had great conversations with so many of the staff. They were just so nice. Oh...the shower!!! I need water pressure like that!!!

The desk staff named Lauren was exceptionally friendly and helpful
There was a family with kids right across the hall from me who were very noisy and not just the kids.
Not really the hotels fault except putting me across the hall from them when I preferred a quiet room might not be best

after flying into Louisville airport traveling since 4am, we walked into the front door we were welcome by a smiling and friendly staff member, Andrea. she was able to honor our request to check in an hour or so early, just what we needed after a long morning, we would have begged, but we did have to. We met many folks there for the same reason Family Day & Graduation for our Cadets in Fort Knox.
All the staff from registering, checkout, breakfast/ kitchen and housekeeping very friendly and helpful
