Great place for the price!
Pros:

Room was nice, clean and the breakfast was good for price of room.

Cons:

Unfortunately the nite desk attendant Tommy was absolutely horribly rude and full of drama! No one was at the front desk for a while and when he finally got up from back desk to come up front he came up being dramatic and hollering something about not touching the screen. He then left us up front at desk for 10 min. while he went down the hall, Very unprofessional. I would have walked out the door if I had known he wouldn't have charged my card on file. Now the good, the gentleman at the counter in the morning was very attentive, sweet and wonderful. The manager called first thing Monday and also was wonderful in handling everything.

Would highly recommend this place, staff was wonderful and the place was clean.

FRIENDLY STAFF
Pros:

Extremely friendly welcome from a lovely cheerful receptionist called Tommy/ Thomas from New Orleans. Room selected for 3 people was very spacious. Hotel close to airport by car and free parking. Room was unfortunately a bit old and dark. Needs renovation. AC very noisy. We had to switch it off and room became hot. Breakfast was adequate for us. We made some waffles and had a coffee.

No housekeeping
Pros:

Was not informed on check-in of the policy of housekeeping only after the 3rd day of stay. Most hotels that limit housekeeping at least empty the trash and replenish towels and toilet tissue. No extra toilet tissue in room, had to go to front desk to get towels. Would be advisable to let guests know on check-in what the scoop is. Facility is nice otherwise.

A great choice
Pros:

An amazing choice when it comes to choice. There is a lot of seating area in the rooms and the bed was fairly comfy, my wife enjoyed it very much. The bathroom was immaculate as well which is not often something I take notice of in the hotels we visit. The room is very spacious as well and was very clean.

A good choice close to the airport
Pros:

The location is close to the airport with ample parking. The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, and the breakfast was warm.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom did not drain, and when I entered the room after checking in around midnight in the middle of an ice storm, the air conditioning was blowing and took a while to warm up.

Pros:

We left so early for our flight that we couldn't stay for breakfast. We like the location and it was an easy drive to the airport. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises. Great price too. A+.

Great service, great breakfast! Perfect amenities!! I can’t wait to book again!!

The receptionist was delightful! She was so polite and helpful! The breakfast was phenomenal! They had all kinds of different gourmet coffees to choose from! The coolness clean and open, my kids loved it! The beds were very comfortable! The air conditioning was cold! I loved the complimentary soaps and lotion in the bathroom! Everything was perfect for our stay!!
