Sehr gutes komfortables Hotel
Pros:

Ein sehr gutes neues Hotel was unsere Erwartungen vollsten Erfüllt hat. Man kann sich hier wohlfühlen und es war alles so wie es in der Hotelbeschreibung geschrieben stand.

Cons:

Leider war der Pool gesperrt, warum auch immer. Der Pool war mit ein Grund warum wir hier gebucht hatten. Wir haben das dann über Booking.com geklärt und eine Gutschrift erhalten.

Pros:

The room was average. One day they had granola bars at breakfast which I appreciated as we were in a hurry.

Cons:

I wish we would have booked a neighboring hotel as the pool was closed. The elevator was dingy and gross. Parking limited. Just seemed like we could have paid the same amount for somewhere a little nicer next door.

Pros:

Have a physical disab ility. 22 mm kidny stone. using ice packs for driving .1s t night was off. asked to keep medical ice pakcs in freezer, manager said ok. handed them to manager who put in FRIDGE so ice packs never froze! next DAY power went off, genertor failed to work and told 15 min by manager and its the citys fault. i called other hotels and every one of them within 100 yards , model 6, laquinta, cambria, and apt ALL had eletricity!. manager was cutting tree limbs off power box, it was overgrown and dried b ush fire hazard from years befor. due t o medical disability had t o leqve and get another hotel

Ceiling leaking and splashing on you. Pool closed. Horrible stay.

The location was the best part. Everything else was terrible.

Cons:

Upon arriving the ceiling was leaking and splashing on the counter and on me while I signed and checked in. I couldn't believe it. It was splashing all over me. The pool was closed for repairs. The breakfast was horrible. It was my first time to Austin and first vacation in 3 years and I wish I had picked any hotel but this one.

Overall a solid choice
Pros:

The breakfast had good variety including eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. Room was comfortable and quiet even though we could hear some noise from the hallway early in the morning. Overall a solid choice.

Room, Hotel, Staff…it was all bad.
Pros:

Terrible hotel! There pool is closed down, they failed to mention that during the booking. Also, we booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. There were no blankets anywhere in the room for the sofa bed. So we walked down to the front desk to get blankets and pillows. They gave us two really thin sheets and a pillow that had half the filling for that size pillow. It was so flat! We asked for another pillow and the lady said no. Our room door would barely shut, room 229. Also, the shower curtain was too short for that shower so water got all over the bathroom floor during showers. And there were two towels in the room. So you can imagine how that went. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

Close to airport and good value
Pros:

The room was nice and clean but the wifi was a little slow, had trouble streaming. Otherwise everything else was good and the staff was friendly when we checked in.

Pros:

Stayed here in mid March and it was great. The weather was beautiful so we spent one afternoon by the pool before heading to a show on Rainey Street. Hotel made everything convenient and stress free
