I was at the hotel when the Middle East had closed its airspace. Mr. Kunal Kothari and the hotel staff and went above and beyond to help me and make efforts on a personal level rather than just a professional one.

The hotel was impeccably clean, the facilities were excellent, food was extremely delicious and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
JACOB from the reception truly made our stay exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were remarkable. He ensured a seamless check-in process and generously arranged a complimentary upgrade to a Club Room, which significantly enhanced our visit. Jacob represents the hotel at the highest standard, and his dedication genuinely deserves special recognition.
Service is very nice, food is good and the facilities are clean
Upon arrival, attendants rushed to our car and escorted us inside. We were first taken to a desk where a dark-skinned staff member rudely told us he was busy. We suddenly felt worried and wondered if we had made a mistake in choosing this hotel. We were waved over to another counter where our experience completely changed. The amazing staff member Umer welcomed us and treated us like royalty. He asked another staff member over to give us ice cream while we were checked in.
Umer provided us extensive information on the area and even answered sensitive questions we had about cultural issues. Under never failed to wave to us during our stay and greet us by name. He alone made this stay amazing.
The food was great. Chief Rody is absolutely amazing. He took care of us during the event and welcomed us very well.
This hotel is very nice and comfortable. Hema was very helpful with guest services and we were super appreciative of him!

Situated right next to Al Wahda Mall the hotel is fantastically central and incredibly convenient for both shopping and transport links. You can literally walk straight into the mall without stepping outside, which is extremely handy in the heat I would also like to say a special thank you to Jenish who looked after me during breakfast and ensured I had a wonderful start to the day The service was warm attentive and very much appreciate
