Pros:

Room size, cleanliness, friendly staff esp Kashish and Anamika. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The whole overall experience was great. The staff were the highlight of my stay—they were friendly, responsive, and incredibly kind. They made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The room card system could be improved. Initially, only one room card was provided. When I requested a second card, the staff kindly gave us another one. However, while both cards could be used to access the lift, only one card could unlock the room door.
I went back to the reception and asked for the second card to be activated for the room door. Although they did this, the original card then stopped working. In addition, the room required a key card to be inserted into the card holder to activate the lights and power, and no spare or dummy card was provided.
This made it quite inconvenient, especially since each of us had different plans and schedules. We had to keep coordinating who had the working room card, which made it difficult to move around independently.

Awesome stay at the Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is an excellent place for a comfortable stay. Mr. Tarlok was extremely helpful to assist us with the booking glitch. He patiently handled everything and ensured that our stay is guaranteed. Mr. Semon jagged the trim service and cleaning impeccably. Mr. Malay the security personnel was very polite and friendly. My appreciations to the gate securities and the door keepers Mr. Rajinikanth and others. Overall the stay in Hyatt Regency Chennai wear awesome awesome awesome.

Ohhhh.... I forgot the food. Lip smacking excellent. Very authentic Tamil Nadu style. I enjoyed it to it's fullest.
