I was overcharged and ended up paying nearly twice the amount of what I originally booked for. In addition to this, I experienced multiple billing issues throughout my stay:
• Laundry was charged at $100, which was excessive and not communicated clearly beforehand.
• Dinner was charged twice.
• Menu prices did not match the final bill — one price was shown on the menu, and a higher, different price was added to the bill.

When I raised these concerns, the manager was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the issues were not resolved appropriately.

Due to these ongoing problems, I checked out early as I was unhappy with both the service and the lack of transparency in pricing.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency from beginning to end. I was very well looked after. From Kashish at the reception team. Subhransu and Manoj in the F&B team and Sudharsanam in housekeeping made me feel completely at rest at this wonderful property. Soulful hospitality exemplified. Breakfast choices were excellent, staff were too good, quality and taste of items were excellent.

Cons:

Somehow my room key got demagnified and did not work when we returned from an evening out. The hotel staff had no answer how it could have happened although they fixed the problem immediately. Another matter was : we asked for late check out as our flight was late night at 9.30 pm. The staff simply declined saying "we are heavily booked" without checking if it was possible or not. In most hotel we could stay 24 hours and as we checked in at 17.00 hours we could have stayed there till 17.00 but they started to push us out at 12.00 which I refused. Then the Manager came on the line and insisted we check out then and there which was at 4.00 pm which I thought was a bit rude and inconsiderate.as we had our handicap son with us. The standard check in is at 15.00 hours and check out at 12.00. These are primarily for the convenience of hotel but for the customer it should be 24 hours checkout as is the practice in many hotels.
