Breakfast is perfect as well the food from the two restaurants Italian and Chinese where you can have lunch and dinner.

The staff exceptionally from the concierge are very welcoming and helpful as they are first people that will be greeting you.

An Okay Stay
Pros:

It was not the same stand ard that you are used to in a Hyatt. Need freshness. Since, Hyatt Standards are high, I am complaining :D

Excellent experiences awats you !
Pros:

All facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, and they are quick to accommodate special orders such as egg dishes. I recommend having breakfast before 8am.

A wonderful place to stay, to eat & drink, and to escape.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a couple of nights after being bumped off our homeward bound flight to New York JFK. The staff were extraordinary: courteous, professional, and above all quite helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The spa offers sauna and steam as well as massage services. I managed to have perhaps the best massage I have ever experienced from Eunice in the spa. The pool was also delightful and very well kept. The hotel houses several restaurants, all of which are excellent. I can highly recommend the seafood dumplings in Stix, the East Asian restaurant off the main lobby. Truly a fine experience. I would certainly consider the Hyatt Regency among the best hotels in Chennai.
