Pros:

I like the renovation on the pool.
I love the artworks!

Cons:

The food has gone down. I’m coming after a year.

The staff and the service

Cons:

Few things...
1. there was no one to guide to check in at the Ground floor....even with repeated request for help.
2. Toilets were not that clean. Shower room had water not draining properly causing slippage.
3. Breakfast - We were made to sit for more than 10 minutes inspite the Hotel was accommodating guest for breakfast from outside (non inhouse). SHAME!

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Rooms were clean and staff were quite friendly. The rooms were spacious with a good view.

Cons:

The in room dining and food were terrible. Both the service and quality of food was sub-standard. So we just didn't eat at the hotel

Everything, I mean, the stuff are very polite and nice, the property is very clean, we spend 12 days in there without any issues or complaints. We love the breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Jag bodde på hotellet i 13 dagar och är mycket missnöjd med vistelsen. Städningen var undermålig – rummet städades endast tre gånger och varje gång behövde jag själv påminna personalen. På nätterna hölls fester som störde sömnen med högt ljud, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att vila ordentligt. Rummet luktade illa och ljudnivån var konstant hög. Dessutom upplevde jag att flera ur personalen förväntade sig pengar efter varje service, vilket kändes obehagligt och oprofessionellt.

En annan stor besvikelse var att det inte gick att simma eller använda badplatsen på helger och kvällar eftersom den var upptagen av simkurser som hölls av externa aktörer. Detta begränsade möjligheten att njuta av hotellets faciliteter.

Sammantaget var detta en mycket tråkig upplevelse och jag kommer aldrig att välja detta boende igen.

Very rude and unprofessional staff.
Pros:

Location is nearby embassy and center of the city. Nothing else is positive here.

Cons:

The staffs were very rude. We booked the room for the family of 4 and disclosed that information in the messages and got written confirmation from the hotel prior to our visit. After arriving the hotel, the staff in the reception treated us like as we were faking and brought more than allowed by property. The way they treated us was very unprofessional manner. Hope they will train their staff. I will never opt for this hotel again. I had another booking at this hotel 2 days later for 3 more nights and immediately cancelled it and booked another nearby hotel.
