The breakfast team is very friendly and supportive. They are doing their best!

Cons:

The check-out experience with a young lady wearing glasses was quite frustrating. I was charged additional taxes that weren't mentioned on booking.com. When I tried to clarify the situation and suggest they update their website to prevent future confusion, the staff simply kept repeating the justification for these 'mysterious' taxes instead of actually listening to my feedback.

Ok hotel. Food very expensive, the lobby rules negate all goodness

The room is ok. Hotel is ok. The resturant staff are very good. The food is good

Cons:

The reception staff are not friendly and rude and not much helpful. They charge 1000 Rs for using the lobby which is very cheap for such a standard hotel. You can't invite guest and use the lobby without paying. This is so not ok.

Hôtel incroyable que je recommande pour un séjour au calme et luxueux

Tout! L’hôtel est magnifique, un vrai hôtel de luxe avec tout ce qu’il faut, c’est propre, le service est vraiment bien en général, la piscine très agréable. On est resté 4 nuits et je pense qu’on reviendra si on séjourne sur Chennai!

Cons:

J’enlève un point car on nous avait dit en arrivant que le transfert pour le retour à l’aéroport serait offert, or comme a notre arrivée on avait déjà eu le transfert depuis la gare on avait déjà bénéficié d’un transport gratuit mais la réceptionniste n’avait pas vérifié et nous a assuré que ce serait gratuit pour notre départ , c’est en rendant la chambre qu’on nous a dit qu’il fallait payer et nous avons perdu pas mal de temps pour qu’ils nous expliquent et avons été un peu juste pour l’aéroport ! La réceptionniste en question était la et ne s’est même pas excusée pour l’erreur, c’est son collègue qui nous a pris en charge et s’est excusé pour ce problème et nous a proposé de régler le transport de la gare qui était un peu moins cher que celui de l’aéroport.
Sinon pas grand chose à dire à part que les prix sont plutôt élevés dans les restaurants et service parfois lent.

It would have been perfect if our room was clean
Pros:

Big rooms and good service, nice staff

Cons:

We got a room on the 9th floor but the bathroom was pretty dirty. There were marks on the bathroom floor. Also the water was not coming well in the bathroom and toilet.
I mentioned it at the reception and they offered a new room but we just had 1 day left so didn’t go for that
