Pool was being remodeled along with the whole hotel. Note they didnt say anything when I made reservation whole reason I booked there was the pool. Then when I made it to the desk and they told me during check in I asked to cancel, refused to refund me so me plus 3 kids 13, 8, 4 with absolutely nothing to do. Construction equipment throughout the whole hotel laying around. Our door 2 our room would open without a key...u could litterally walk right in., fridge didnt work asked for 1 that did they said there was no more available...the only good thing about the hotel was the employee at breakfast she was great kept it stocked up and was genuinely a happy person to see and talk to.
The staff was friendly and the location was good.
The property was under construction. Which we weren’t notified of, it advertises a pool but it’s closed which we wouldn’t have booked if we knew. The entire floor we stayed on(2nd) under construction. Pieces of the walls all over, signs laying around on the ground. It was unsafe to have children there. But again we didn’t know. If we knew it was under construction we would not have booked. But we couldn’t afford to pay for cancellation and get another hotel.

The pool was closed - this was not mentioned on the website. With temps in the mid 90's a dip in the pool would have been great after a day of travel.
The oder from the carpet glue was caustic. Many customers were chatting about it at breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, very underwhelming. Very limited choices. Paper plates & cups & plastic forks! Not good for the environment.

Xen was super helpful and over all had an amazing attitude.
Terrible stay, no customer service, just excuses and no reliable resolution.
Water didn't work, told "having some problems" after water wouldn't work in the shower the night we checked in. Not offered another room or any positive resolution. The chairs in the room looded new, but were hard as a board. The closet doesn't have clothes bar, just a 1/2 " extension rod that looks like a sheer, light weight curtain extention curtain rod.
Don't waste your night here. Lots of great other hotels out there.

Was under construction? In the process of remodeling? Not sure which but large boxes lined the halls. Early morning Saturday hammering. Pool was out of service.

Great location
When we arrived we waited over 20 mins for someone to check us in, and the room we were in had a storage closet across the hall and there was a air compressor or something that started up and run every 30 mins all night long and was loud and made everything shake.

Staff used profanity with me when i asked about the pool being closed, when i was told multiple times it was operational on check in, an hour later it waswas closed
Room is a bit outdated and seemed very damp. Great conversation with the kitchen staff - freindly and very helpful.
