We stayed in a double room which has a sofa in, the room was quite big and no issues on cleanliness. I had a lovely sleep and considering it's close to the A1
I haven't marked the room down as this was perfect, however I was a little concerned what we would be walking into as the hallway was a quite stinky?

Fan/heater is noisy, but I guess that can't be helped and it can be turned off over night.
Excellent location within a service station. Plentiful parking right outside the hotel. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable, and looked quite new. Everything we needed for a one night stay. We saw 2 members of staff during our stay. One when checking in and one when checking out. Both were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Great stay.
Very minor - Super 8 offer a digital room key and send you a message before you arrive to say you can access it by downloading an app. Great idea but even better if you could access it without needing the app! It didn't matter anyway as a physical key card had been prepared ahead of our arrival.

Good location, plenty of parking, new.
Breakfast area and offering is sub-par.
unfortunately our car broke down outside this hotel. the lady receptionist called Katheryn was most kind and helpful to us and allowed us to wait in the reception area until the RAC eventually arrived. We noticed how hard she works , checking people in to the rooms, cooking meals and delivering the to bedrooms . she is a credit to your hotel. she was absolutely marvellous in all she was doing . please convel our heartfelt thanks to her.
