The best in town..

Neat and clean rooms...wifi..TV...nice experience... The staff was very polite and helpful. The parking facility was also nice.

Clean and fresh. Value for money.

Hotel seems to have been refurbished so everything was new and fresh. We only needed to sleep for a few hours before the onward journey.

Wonderful helpful service
Pros:

excellent experience here, during a bad snow storm, sue on reception overnight was amazing and very helpful, rooms very clean and the showers are nice and hot

Refuge from the Storm
Pros:

Sue on reception was kind, clear, efficient and helpful.
With storm Goretti things could have been quite stressful; many stranded vehicles on the M1 etc. and six inch of snow up Tibshelf.

Very affordable with good clean no nonsense service

The duty manager Ciprian and his staff were all very friendly ! We took our assistance dog and found everything to our liking we wish all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year from the Cravens 😎

Great stay
Pros:

Great location. Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean room, bed comfy. Hotel right next doors to Mac d, Costa and local shop. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back

Superb stay.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our room. Both the room and shower room were immaculate. The decor looked fresh and new. The King sized bed was super comfortable. Cannot fault had a fantastic 3 day stay. Great price. Thank you.

Very good for a budget hotel.
Clean tidy friendly helpful staff.
Bed a little on firm side
Only complaint was only two towels supplied for a three person stay, but soon rectified.
Plus the main light in the bathroom didn't work, luckily the mirror light was good.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and so it is well presented. The staff work hard to maintain a high standard but they could do with more support during the busy periods. ie bank holidays etc.
