Good U-Bahn/ subway location; amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast exceeded expectations. We were there for Oktoberfest and the two minute walk to U-Bahn/subway was perfect for a route to fest grounds.

Cons:

I disliked the lack of privacy and soundproofing from the bathroom door situated right next to the bed.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, auch das Bad war gut. Die Lage ist auch sehr ansprechend wenn man zu einem Konzert im Olympiapark gehen will.

Cons:

Leider hat eine Sache den ganzen Aufenthalt ins Negative gezogen. Wir sind drei 18-19 jährige Mädels, wollten vor dem Konzert noch an die Hotelbar. An der Bar wurden wir ekelhaft von den Barkeepern angesprochen. „Wir sollen hierbleiben, dass die Männergruppe neben uns etwas schönes zum ansehen hat“ Sowas kann man sich als Hotel absolut nicht leisten, danach haben wir uns auch nicht mehr wohl und sicher gefühlt, das wäre aber wichtig für ein Hotel. Solche Leute einzustellen geht gar nicht, das macht das Leonardo Royal einfach komplett unseriös!!

Sehr schönes Hotel, super freundliches Personal. Frühstück und Essen waren sehr gut. U Bahn war nur wenige Meter vom Hotel. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in U-Bahnnähe
Pros:

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und geräumige Zimmer, ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen und die Lage direkt an der U3 sprechen definitiv für dieses Hotel.
