Staff were olesant and the bed was clean
The bathroom was smelly and poorly maintained.
The towel rail was silver duck tape the shower head was just hanging on and water was running down the wall when on. Also a lot of black mould around the ceiling

We were on the ground floor and pet friendly
Dirty bathroom, paint over wood chipped alot, mattress thin and noisy, only 2 pins on the kettle plug, but staff replaced straight away, chair wobbly about to collapse, mouldy ceiling in the bathroom
Communication with the hotel was great and staff on site helpful and friendly
Cleanliness!!! The room was grubby, the surfaces in the room were sticky, there is a lot of mould in the bathroom. Worst of all was the evidence that the toilet had not been cleaned, brown marks.

Very dated and poorly maintained. Rust in bathroom, possible leaking sink or toilet, for £89 I would expect the hotel to have a good clean space to the room.

Dirty, not comfortable beds at all, dated, stained, mould in the bathroom walls and ceiling. Absolutely disgusting
Friendly staff in good location for onward travel
Stained carpets, very poor mattresses, no handle on the door, run down decor with dirt in bathroom and lots of noise through the night.

It was horrible- the bathroom was disgusting and stank out the whole room. The receptionist was chain -smoking too, which made the whole building smell of smoke. Only good thing was the price.
